Premier Laser Spa of St Louis

RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN!!! I have been to a few different laser hair removal centers for different areas and I can honestly say Premier Laser Spa was my absolute worst choice. This was the first place I went to and I believed everything they told me. This was a mistake on my part, I admit. They claim their laser is superior to all other places, which is why they are so much more expensive (How much more? Oh try about TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS MORE!) I had to finance the one package I did purchase from them and it took about a year for me to pay off. (the financing company they use was a nightmare on its own) This same package could be purchased elsewhere for about $ 300. (I paid $ 2,250) I have noticed no difference in laser quality between Premier and any of the other clinics I have visited. They all leave little welts from damaging the hair follicle, but they all go away after a few hours. Premier was no exception to that. When I first went in for my consultation I was pressured into signing with them that day. I was told it was the last day of the deal, so I had to let them know before closing… which was about an hour after I came in. I asked them for a copy of their normal area prices, and I was told they could not give it to me. That’s because they change them CONSTANTLY to go with the «deals» they run. You’re not receiving a deal, they’re just raising their prices so that the one area you believe you are paying for is high enough to cover the two or three you get «free.» One of the main reasons I chose to go to Premier was their warranty. This too ended up being a total farce. The two year «no hair guarantee» they give you ends up being for 8 treatments. If they still haven’t gotten rid of all the hair in those 8 treatments, too bad for you! You get to pay for what they should’ve had completed 8 treatments prior. If you value your hard earned money the least bit, I beg you to do your research before going to Premier, there are tons of other options out there. If I could give them zero stars I absolutely would.

I’ve been coming here for about a year for underarm treatments. While not pain-​free, the laser treatment is tolerable. If the pain is ever too much (and sometimes it is) the technicians are more than happy to stop and wait. They always offer a stress relief ball or an ice pack during or after the treatment. Also, after the treatment, they apply witch hazel to stop the slight irritation right away. I always feel a little itchy/​tingly after the treatment for about a minute or 2 until they apply the witch hazel. And then it’s like nothing happened.
Sara has been my technician for most of the treatments. I really appreciate how friendly she is and how quickly she gets me in an out. She also is able to keep me distracted with small talk.
They have a great referral program– I referred my sister and they mailed me a $ 250 check.

I recently came to Premier Laser for hair removal. The staff here were incredibly nice and easy to talk to. I have had an issue with shaving but have hair growth that requires constant attention. I’ve tried waxing and have been to another laser center. Premier was amazing. I felt comfortable discussing my issues and they really worked with me to come up with a treatment plan that fit my needs. I highly recommend Premier to everyone and will definitely return.
