Ladybug’s Kids Glam Spa

I’ve come to this kiddie spa multiple times everytime the experience is awesome! Whether its been a walk-​in day, birthday parties or parents night out I’m always super pleased. My step daughter loves it here
Make me wanna be a princess again. the proprietor is amazing always a great host and smile on her face.

Beware owner tries to charge more than quoted!

What an amazing experience! Such a cute shop! Took my 5 year old daughter in for the first time today and was thrilled with our experience! Staff was wonderful– very patient and accommodating! My daughter wanted a different color on every nail — read– 10 different colors (!!!) and the girl doing her nails didn’t even flinch! She was very sweet!
My 3 year old son was also with us and they made him feel very welcome, offering him snacks and drinks!
Man, wish i had this kind of place to go to when I was 5! Crofton is lucky to have Ladybug salon!!!
Oh– and they have Friday night PNO’s that sound amazing, too– I will be checking that out soon! They also have a boys video game place and another place on the way! My daughter has not stopped talking about her special afternoon! She still feels like a princess, hours later! :)

First of all, let’s just say that we had a blast here celebrating my daughter’s birthday. The owner was more than kind, helpful, and great. Her staff was amazing as well. Definitely a reflection of their which does say a lot. The place was tidy, neat, organized, and pretty pink for the princesses that come through. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that has a daughter that is in the diva/​makeover thing. I will definitely be back with my daughter and maybe her cousins soon. It was fun I enjoyed it because my daughter and her friends and cousins enjoyed it and had a blast.

I really dont understand how this place got 5 stars. Attended a party for a friends daughter, and I would say the place itself looks very nice, so I thought promising experience. Not so much, I thought originally that all attendees (little girls) where to get a mani and pedi, from what i was told from the mother of the childs bday. Until she explained to me what went wrong as far as a promotion on groupon. I asked to see what coupon she was presenting and it clearly says 8 ladybugs Mani AND Pedi (not OR) I feel in a way she was stripped from the full experience of what she was paying for. For future reference when a company like yourself put out a promotion or what may it be, and say you want to change the deal later on, you should still favor the ones who brought up the first promo before changing the rules. Its unfair for those walking in thinking they are getting a deal, and for you to tell them «opps nope, i changed it.» That is not good customer service at all. And the time allotted to her for her bday party was 2 hours but to only have another party come in as well. Double booking. big disappointment.
I will add that the employees working for this particular party did a great job, But later on I noticed the other little girls at her party started to look somewhat bored afterwards. You want to be able to have every child walk out of there feeling like a true princess and be able to want to come back for more. When in fact they are the ones to promote your business. And to have one of your employees kept telling some of the kids to get of the stage. Just in my personal opinion, that this is a spa made for little girls. So shouldn’t they be able to experience the full effect of what its like to be a princess. Unless there was a live band on stage that’s fully understandable to have the kids not on there. But considering it was not being used at the time, I felt there was no foul on being able to walk on stage to walk the runway, as little kids would probably see it as, since their imaginations work like magic
Hopefully you can take this customer criticism and work on things to improve other people experience when it comes to hosting a bday party. Luckily the little girl was happy, but as far as a parents point of view. this was poorly executed. I know you have it in you to make this place a phenomenal experience. Just need some tweeking.

Took my niece here to celebrate her 3^rd birthday and we had such a great time! I saw the pics and good reviews in Unilocal before hand but it was so much better than what we expected. Sammie was in princess heaven and the staff was extremely patient, attentive, and very friendly. Would def recommend this pace to any little girl that deserves a day of pampering!

Very girly! My daughter was treated like a little princess. The proprietor paid a lot of attention to detail. My daughter had a mani and pedi, a snack and a little punch in a fancy martini cup. I’m very interested in their other services.
