The worst service ever. Multiple employees working double team on a simple problem while about 5 people in the store are waiting to be helped or checked out. One guy asked if they had a tool and the guy said no and he said do you know what I’m talking about? And the employee said no. The customer said, so you were going to just tell me no without even knowing what I’m talking about? This is a mechanic type warehouse where you go to buy parts, why are y’all hiring people who don’t even know what it is people need? I went in for a carborator adjustment tool and none of them knew what I was talking about and then had to call the main store. Said they had it in stock and then went to look for it and I’m waiting, the guy comes back and helps another customer and then says, oh, we don’t have it it’s at another store so I’ll order it for you and it will be here tomorrow… So he was just going to ignore me until he saw me waiting there??? I said thank you and left but seriously, that took some control.
