History

Established in 2003.

The idea for this company actually came about when Will and I started doing odd and end jobs for our own landlord. We learned very quickly that he had many needs. We needed to obviously expand our knowledge to save both of us time and money. With Will’s ability to complete a diverse number of jobs and my knowledge and experience of both service companies as well as a business degree, we had the tools necessary to offer people quality services they needed at a price they could afford! We started in Illinois, and recently relocated to Goodlettsville, TN

Hello, My name is Claudia Cook. I am the owner of Landlord’s Helper. In 2002, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. This was my first motivation for beginning this small business. My husband William has been a volunteer in this business and my key support system. In 2007 I was forced to give up my Property Management career. My very strong desire for independence combined with my experience has enabled me to continue building this small business. I am confident that the experience and desire to be to be known as a reasonably priced and extremely qualified Home Improvement, Handy man, and Maintenance company will continue to grow while satisfying the customers.
