Hello, my name is Richard Gilmer, owner/​operator of Crossville Heating and Cooling. Thank you for visiting our website. Let me tell you a little bit about the background of our company:

In 1982 doors opened to Gilmer Refrigeration, which was a small 2 man commercial refrigeration company. By the late 80’s early 90’s, we serviced most major stores and restaurants in the Cumberland County region. Even though we mostly did refrigeration, HVAC goes hand in hand with refrigeration service. As we grew relationships with our many refrigeration customers, they began requesting we service their heating and cooling needs as well. By 2000 we were a full heating and cooling service and sales contractor. In 2004, we had become so involved in the HVAC industry, we felt we needed to change our name to Crossville Heating and Cooling so that we could better serve our customers.
