One morning after a freezing night my SUV slid about 4 feet off the road and onto a rocky area. The truck was on a slight angle but the surrounding snow immobilized the vehicle. I look up near by auto garage and found nappy auto. When they finally arrived I walked out of my car and spoke to the driver and he said this was no big deal and I’ll have you right out. A few moments later my vehicle was towed to there establishment and I got a ride to work. Later that evening they called me with a ridiculous list of unnecessary charges. So when I politely said thank you but I will be having a friend come pick up the car to do the work elsewhere the entire demeanor of the conversation changed. The manager I spoke to became rude and added multiple unnecessary condescending remarks even though I was remaining calm. The following day I was told my car would not be released to me unless I paid $ 826. When I finally received a written bill every aspect of the situation was exaggerated to the extreme. It said my car was in sever risk of flipping and it took 4 men over an hour to get the car to a safe area. (In reality it took about 10 minutes) then I was charged 3 separate fees worded differently, totaling $ 185 dollars just for having my vehicle parked in front of his shop for 24 hours.
