Chicken Express

We have eaten here three or four times. Normally we eat in Burleson but not this time. We ordered our regular three piece with a biscuit and as an after thought I ordered an unsweet tea. We had to wait for the chicken to cook. Not to unusual for ckn express. Trust me it’s worth the wait for their hot fresh chicken. While we were waiting my wife told me that the last time we were there they told us that they don’t offer biscuits.
When our food was ready they handed it to me and she checked it. Nice hot fresh ckn with a dinner roll. (I guess they still don’t offer biscuits) When we get home my wife got my green beans ready and I took a drink of tea and it was sweet. What a drag. My body does not allow sugar very well. Their tea is a good deal, unless you can’t drink it. Then not so much.

While the customer service is great, the chicken is VERY undercooked. You would expect the finished product to be a light to medium brown but it is almost white.

CORN NUGGETS!!! I’m a big fan of their chicken tenders and corn nuggets. The corn nuggets are a mixture of sweet corn, a creamy buttery sauce, and some mysterious seasoning, battered, fried, and made into perfect crunchy morsels of corn. The fried chicken and tenders are pretty tasty and not too greasy. The chicken is always moist and delicious.
Seriously, corn nuggets. You gotta try them.

Amazing customer service went thru the drive thru and was greeted by an amazing gentleman that took our order and was so polite when he quickly returned with our perfect order we asked if the drive thru speaker was out and he explained they take your order personally and don’t use a speaking box wow how wonderful and refreshing and to be so friendly very refreshing in this day, we will only get chicken from here and be sure to tell all our friends and family what a great experience
