Mikulencak Orthodontics

Had a consultation yesterday for adult orthodontics after being recommended to this business through my dentist. I had just had another consultation with another office, and was interested to see how similar the information I would get would be and how close in cost the braces would be.
Prior to coming to my appointment, I was already impressed. After making my appointment, I received a welcome email and a link to the patient portal so that I could access my medical records. I was also able to complete all my new patient forms online in the comfort of my home, which was fantastic. I got an email reminder the day before my appointment, and was set to go when I arrived.
I waited a bit before being taken back for my ex-​rays, but once in the back, the technician did a great job of quickly and efficiently taking my ex-​rays and pictures. She was very friendly and put me at ease.
I was then escorted to meet with Allison and have Dr. Mik do an examination. He was through and noted the different challenges with my teeth, that the other doctor did not. Afterwards, he explained in great detail what was happening with my teeth, and offered a comprehensive plan of action to correct the challenges.
Allison spoke with me in depth about my options and once I was given the cost, I knew that I would be coming back. I am excited to be working with them to obtain a great smile, and I feel comfortable that I am in good hands!

Because we knew that acquiring braces for our daughter meant investing a couple of years time with a staff, a considerable investment, and the importance of the outcome, we acquired consultations from other orthodontists. Yes, I am «that» person, the one who is a stickler at research and prepare an inquisition so that I can isolate and remove the «fluff» and compare what is important – the overall value (the service, the treatment, competitive price and the likely result), I even evaluated the delivery of their consultation… as I said, I am «that’ person. Needless to say, immediately after the consultation from Dr. Mik and Amanda, our daughter became their patient. I may have been their toughest customer but they passed with flying colors and are now likely eligible for CIA security clearance. :) I highly recommend them and encourage you to place them on your list for consultation if your child needs braces.

After 3 consults with other orthodontists we picked Dr Mik! He was very quick with the start up, and seemed to have a better quicker plan then the others. I was very impressed with his office staff and location was great for us. My son is 5 months into his braces and progressing quickly.
