D. Eric Neff, P.C., in Crown Point, IN, has been engaged in the practice of law since 1996. During those years of practice, Attorney Neff has represented clients over a wide variety of matters including, but not limited to, civil and criminal litigation involving personal injury, medical malpractice, real estate, trusts and estates, divorce, Corporations, Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies, traffic, bankruptcy both creditor and debtor, planning and zoning law, civil rights litigation, tax, and all types of criminal matters. He has served as the Assistant City Attorney for the City of Crown Point, Indiana, representing the Board of Zoning appeals as well as the Crown Point Plan Commission. He is licensed to practice law in all the superior courts, circuit courts, counties, cities, towns, and municipalities in the State of Indiana, the Northern and Southern District Federal Courts in the State of Indiana, and the 7^th Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago, Illinois.
