Same thing happened to us… we were told we needed a slew of brake work done, after they put the tires on and could only e free alignment that day… we also did the brake work with a more reasonable friend, but still spent 400 on tires…

Was happy to get a good sale on tires with free Alignment, but then found out that i needed ball joints, my husband is a mechanic, so we said no problem, he will fix them tomorrow… So they put on my new tires, then when checking out, told me even though i bought 4 new tires from them, I cannot get my free alignment done tomorrow, has to be done that day… OMG what bad business… They should of done the right thing and told me to wait to put my tires on with free alignment, after we do the ball Joints! NEVER AGAIN!

I have been satisfied with this place both times I have taken my car to them. They never give me attitude about bringing in my own parts. Also, today I took my car in because the hood wouldn’t open and I thought I needed a new hood latch cable installed on my civic. They called me an hour later and said they got the hood open, I didn’t need the new cable installed, and they would be happy to install a new headlight that I brought in. When I picked up my car, I was handed my keys and told, «no charge».
