This is a follow up review. I contacted the BBB for the dishonest practice of this company. Jim provided them a rewritten contract excluding the work he was supposed to do. No surprise there. I’ve never in my life seen someone so dishonest. In my search, I found some other people he swindled throughout the years. I wish I had prior knowledge. It’s a pity that some companies don’t reach for higher standards. I also learned that his machine broke in the midst of him doing work for me and he solicited another company to borrow their machine. Now it makes sense. The incomplete job was a result of inoperable equipment.
