We help men, women and children learn discipline, confidence, self defense and fitness through martial arts lessons.

History

Established in 1999.

We have been teaching martial arts for many years. We started in Algonquin in 1999. Our class sizes have been growing, so we relocated to Crystal Lake in 2011 to a larger area.

We teach children ages 4 – 6 in the Little Ninjas class. They will learn 8 disciplines based on fun martial arts games and challenges.

We teach children from the age of 7 – 13 in the Shaolin Kenpo class. They will learn more detailed martial arts skills and various techniques.

For the adults, 13+, we have a traditional kung fu class that is both challenging and rewarding.
