Fast. They did exactly what they said without sneaking in extra charges. There was no attempts to upsell me. There was no wait, they had a clean restroom, super nice guy, he gave good advice and they had a lower price than any others that I found. 5-​Star all around.

called in for a smog check told me he would wait for me if I went since I’m off at 5 and they close at 530 got there the owner was super nice once of the nicest person ever I told him I wasn’t sure it would pass since it recently had the check engine light on he said if it doesn’t pass I wont charge so awesome right then he plugs it and boom done lol it was so fast I was shocked and passed thank god clean place and great costumer service will definitely come back again even check and gave me suggestion on the type of oil I should use on my car was very hands on and helpful and again I dint expect that since I’m a girl and they always want to over charge me but not here would definitely recommend they charged what they say and was out one happy customer thanks once again.

Fast and inexpensive! The smog check took about 15 min. Nicolas was very professional and accommodating. Please note that the special thru Unilocal is only for certain cars (2000 & newer models), not all cars qualify for the « Unilocal special», If you pay close attention, it clearly indicates to call for a quote before heading there. I called and Nick was very specific about asking the year and the model of the car before giving me a price, so quit bitching it was «$ 20» more than the advertised special!!! Make sure to call first! Mine was only $ 35 including state fees and such…

I came here my first time on thursday, and i was extremely satisfied with the service! With a tv, magazines and cushioned chairs; it is the most comfortable environment to get your smog check done. They had very quick and friendly service and it is affordable. the smog technician was very professional and willing to answer any questions. i would recommend this spot to anyone in the Los Angeles county area!

Very professional and they will don’t hesitate to do the extra mile for you, Nicholas is a very nice person, test was performed very fast with no delays I think it’s the faster testing performed that I remember. They honored the coupon. Place is really comfortable and cleanest while you wait for your ride. My wife was very comfortable with the service and professionalism too.

The service was reasonable only one guy there it was quick about 15 minutes.
The only downside is the location… shares an entrance & exit with a recycling center its really small hard to get in and out. That’s probably the only reason I wont be back.

Horrible customer service, I went to this place on a Saturday, he said they closed at 2:30, I sped over there to make in time, I got there at 2:10, he said he couldn’t do my car because there was already 2 cars in from of me. The guy didn’t apologize or give me another time so I can go… He basically refused the service because he wanted to go home early, I really don’t recommend this place at all. The man had a bad attitude and didn’t even look me in the face, please do not go here, if you’re getting his package on Groupon, you’re better off getting the package for the same price at Lynwood smog check, the man there did a great job and waited for me to finish my car.

DO NO COME TO THIS PLACE!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! THEY ROBB YOU HERE!!!
I saw all the Unilocal reviews and comments and saw the special they had here. So I sent my mom to get her smog check. They charged my mom almost $ 50 total with that supposed special! Since my elderly parents are not familiar with the area and did not want to drive around they decided to pay. My mom called me and told me what happened and I asked her to pass the phone to the person that helped her so I can ask what the extra $ 20 was for! I understand state fees but not even the state takes that much from my check bi-​weekly!!! The guy REFUSED TO SPEAK TO ME!!! Obviously, because they couldn’t explain as to why they were charging so much for their SUPPOSED SPECIAL!!! THIS PLACE IS A LOAD OF CRAP!!! If I could give it ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!
I usually find great offers and suggestions on Unilocal but this is ridiculous!!! I SUGGEST EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET FINANCIALLY RAPED BY THESE PEOPLE!!!

Called in to see if they were open Saturday and they ARE!!! All other places i checked out are only open Monday through Friday. Last thing i want to do after work is wait for a smog inspection.
Got there and Johnny helped me out almost right away. First checked to make sure he would be able to do the inspection, once he confirmed that everything looked good with my car he got to work. 15minutes later i was on my way home… Ready to renew my registration.
Johnny was super nice, made sure he explained the process. I felt super comfortable– as a female sometimes men «dumb things down» to make sure i understand. Johnny was respectful in that he gave facts without making me feel as if though i would be too dumb to understand. Awesome service
