Payne’s Heating & Air conditioning services is an independent/​owner operator business that has been growing every year and hopefully will continue to grow. I started off with a tool bag in the trunk of my car and some home made business cards. A few customers tried me and then referred me to their family and friends and so on, I saved my money until I had enough to put an ad in the phone book and buy a small truck. Slowly, more and more people called and referred me to others the same way. I have built up a nice customer base over the years who still continue to use me and refer me to others. I enjoy what I do and meeting new people. That makes all the difference in the world in how you do your job and relate to customers.

I am an independent owner/​operator. When you call Payne’s Heating & Air conditioning services. You get me (Harold Payne) on the phone. When Payne’s shows up at your place it’s also me, not some over or under payed employee that guesses what’s wrong with your heating or ac unit and charges you a fortune and doesn’t fix your problem. I’m not a parts changer and I guarantee all work I perform. I don’t claim to know everything, But I do claim to be very good at what I do and I’m straight forward with every customer I encounter and believe honesty is the only way to go. It’s what has grown my business steady for over 13 years now and continues to keep me going. I am not a fancy sales person out to sell you something you don’t need. If it can be fixed, I will fix it. If it’s not worth the cost, I will tell you and let you decide. I am a very straight forward honest person. This is how I was raised and continue to be. Treat people the way you want to be treated and you will sleep good at night.
