Established in 2011.

GleeCakes is a homebased business that began as a hobby for two sisters. They took their love of baking and started making cupcakes and cakes for family and friends who encouraged them to start a business. After a year and a half of creating recipes and holding many tastings to find out what worked and what didn’t, GleeCakes was born. Melanie is a mother of three who has spent fifteen years in the restaurant industry. After having her last child several years ago, she decided to take her knowledge of the industry and her love of baking and, with the help of her sister, began GleeCakes.
