McCarthy Tire and Automotive Centers

My family has been coming to these guys for years for minor inspections and major jobs like timing belt/​water pump changes. They are extremely fair with their prices. Most recently they did a state inspection and found that low power steering fluid was causing excessive start-​up noise on my vehicle. They topped off the fluid for free.

WHAT A JOKE! I went here for a squeak that was so loud on my truck i just couldn’t take it any more. They were OK on promptness but when they finally did take a look at my truck, nothing was wrong. The first thing I asked them was… Did you take it for a ride? NO! WHAT! how are you suppose to find a noise if you didn’t even drive it or try. I’M NOT THE MECHANIC HERE. of course they couldn’t find anything wrong it all looks good to them. Me being royally upset. I just leave I wouldn’t give these people the time of the day to even look at my truck again. And it diffidently seem like they wanted my business. So I brought it up the street not even half mile and it was fixed within 2 hours of me telling them how much of an idiot these people are. turns out broken ball bearings. Squeak is gone and this place has wasted 2 hours of my life!!!
