History Yates Properties is currently owned in its entirety and managed by Gregory M Yates. He has approximately 30 years of experience in real estate management and real estate development as a principal in Deer Ridge Development, Westwood Commons and Cedar Lee Condominium LLC’s. Mr. Yates holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Richmond.
