I have had nothing but positive quick service from AAA, until I went here.
I had to have a few forms notarized. At most locations, I am in and out in a matter or 10 minutes at most.
This place is HUGE, yet extremely understaffed.
The wait times were unreasonable for what I had to get done.
I was not told my wait time when I checked in either
When asking people who were worked there why it was taking so long they just said «ummmm yeah, were just a little busy.»
I decided to stick it out, because I already wasted half an hour there, but I highly doubt I will get anything done at this location again.
I simply don’t understand how this took so long, and how this place has so many desks set up with no one working there.
3 stars, because the woman who notarized my forms was very nice and helpful. Give her a raise!

I needed to get a temporary disabled parking placard because of my recent injury. My friends recommended I go to AAA to get it versus at the DMV.
Very convenient location in Culver City and there is plenty of parking in the back of the building. When you enter they have a check in station where they take your name and what your visit is for.
I was directed over to the DMV section where I was supposed to see all of the people waiting. It was about a twenty minute wait but the time seemed to fly by. My name was called and within minutes I had my placard. And to think I only thought AAA helped with roadside service, insurance and travel maps.

Worst service ever. Ladies in the dmv section were all slow and rude and very uneducated. Never going back.

I came in to get a simple notarization and the attendant was rude and didn’t know how to perform her simple job duties. Her name was Brandy and she spent the majority of the time on a personal phone call with her bank while we waited for her to finally assist us after 10 mins of ignoring us while we waited for her to complete her call. Lawrence the supervisor, was equally unhelpful, he did nothing as his employee was nothing but disrespectful and ignorant throughout our entire interaction. This is the worst AAA I have ever been to and I hope other offices are not as bad as this one.

Dead battery on my wife’s car. They came in 20 minutes, changed the battery in 10 minutes, and paid less then I would have at the automotive store!!! AAA services continually amaze me!!!

I had a dead battery today, called AAA. Battery service truck showed up in 20 minutes. In 30 mins the battery was tested and replaced with a new one (6 year warranty included). The guy Ozzy even checked the tires and inflated them to level. Excellent service.
I have used them many times for my cars and motorcycle. Highly recommended!!!

Past few times I’ve gone for my DMV registration and maps have been a breeze. Everyone was exceptionally nice, quick and helpful.

Very convenient for some DMV services, friendly personnel and fast service. My first time experience is awesome! Did not have to fall in long lines, smiling receptionist and office is pretty organized and clean. Im going today as my second visit for my car registration and hopefully they are just the same or even a better experience than my first.

Not for Notary Services — go any where else. Roccio B Olloqui was too nervous to notarize a document for me and instead put a stamp all over it and attached a separate sheet of paper that she notarized. It is garbage and I now need to get it notarized somewhere else. She even consulted with another notary who gave me attitude and said «we are very experienced notaries». I said to both of these experienced professionals «If you can not do this let me know» but no, she jacked up my document and now I need to fill it out again. Totally worth the $ 8.
I had a good experience with the insurance team on other occasions.

Definitely a pleasure to work with this AAA. I’m not even a member. My husband and I needed an international drivers license for Germany and they were so efficient. They have a passport photo in house so it was a one stop shop for us. Seriously made me consider getting AAA for all their other services.

Slightly more helpful than the DMV…
I had a pretty simple issue. The DMV misspelled my name on my registration, or someone did. I just need to add one letter. Not that big of a deal right? After reading up on it online and filling out two different confusing two page forms… why were they confusing?
They were confusing because there are about 17 out of the 19 sections that dont apply. Usually forms tell you if its this, fill out this and this. The forms just didn’t apply, in this day and age, all this should be electronic anyways. I decided it was time for me to get my registration fixed. Rather than go to the DMV I decided to go to AAA because of their DMV service. I call ahead to make sure that I have everything I need and I don’t have to have an appointment. They tell me the two forms I need and that its first come first serve.
I get there, the lady tells me Cash or Check only… Um ok. Who doesnt take credit cards, even the DMV does… Next I sit in a room with three screaming kids for about 45 minutes. When its finally my turn the lady is as unfriendly as the DMV people and she asks me where my title is. Well no one told me that I needed to bring my title, aside from that, its electronic. Nope, they cant help me. Well thanks for wasting my time and being less than friendly. AAA doesn’t care about service, obviously because their employees don’t either.
Not sure the lady that I dealt with enjoys her job in the least.

This AAA location is super organized, efficient and friendly. The staff have awesome positive vibes. Never feel like there’s a long wait. Lots of team members here to handle the crowd if there is one. Signage, comfy seating and clean! Lots of parking. Love AAA. But love this location!

Due to no income coming in I haven’t been able to make payments to my AAA auto insurance so I keep on getting phones calls and emails from Erik Brown, the guy who originally signed me up, asking for payment. It’s gotten to the point that he calls me twice a day now to get a payment! If I don’t pick up the phone he would leave a voicemail AND send me an email. When I stopped taking his calls altogether he had another employee, someone named Ashley, call from a different phone number.
All this over $ 45!
They will NOT stop harassing and calling me!
I regret ever going through this company for auto insurance!!!

I came to this location after visiting both of my local offices after being told their systems were down. They called a few other offices to see if their systems were up and this was the closest one to me. I came here checked in and after a few minutes was called in. I had a few dmv transactions to handle. I was able to handle my mothers transaction as well as she was a member. Friendly staff and nice looking location. I would visit here again if I had to

This location is awesome. The insurance agents are professional and get you the best rates.
I was look for a car insurance quote for my SUV. I ended up purchasing car insurance, AAA Membership and Renter’s insurance.
My agent was the beautiful Monique Bond. She had a great smile, attitude and product knowledge. I was in and out. She found all the discounts that I qualified for.
I was shocked how cheap my premium was. My vehicle is fully covered. I got renter’s insurance for a whole year for just over 100 dollars. When you bundle you save. Monique taught me that.
With my AAA Membership, I get all kinds of discounts and services. I’m going to have a chat with the travel agent sometime next year. Oh and if you go online, you get free credit monitoring.
I’m a happy camper and I’m feeling really secure that my vehicle and property are insuranced by AAA.

I hurt my tail bone and was sitting in the waiting room of the dmv area when an African American woman walked through and abruptly told me to remove my foot from being propped to my side on the chair next to me (I had to elevate it to relieve pressure while I sat down). She didn’t even ask me why I was sitting in the position I was sitting in. There was also ample seating available so if anyone else needed to sit they would’ve had a seat. It was very rude and disrespectful to treat an injured member this way without even inquiring to why my leg was on the chair to begin with. It was also very condescending and embarrassing for me as well. #disappointed

AAA service has always been great. Customer service at front are professional and courteous. And off course DMV service is great!
But Stay away from AAA insurance services at this location. Insurance agent name ‘Kirk’ was extremely rude, unprofessional and condescending. He got extremely irritated when I tried to shop for better rates. He made me feel like I am some cheap guy who don’t want to pay. Eventually, I left the office feeling horrible. I asked the front office for customer complaint, lady told me they don’t have any forms for complains.
Long story short, I called AAA 800 number to get the quote for my car and I ended up with $ 250 less for the year. Save money and call 800 they are much professional and patience with ur questions. I think people at the office works on commissions. If they know they won’t be making a big commission, then they try to get rid of you quickly. My girlfriend had a similar experience at this location 6 months ago. She warned me not to go there. I should have listened to her!

I’ve always received prompt and friendly service here, even when I came in on Saturday mornings and expected to find long lines! Somehow, I have always managed to get my needs met and have gotten out of there within minutes. This past Saturday I needed to change my mailing address and pay my membership dues, and it took a total of THREE MINUTES.
This is my one-​stop shop for DMV services, car and renter’s insurance, and AAA membership services. There’s a private lot in the back with plenty of free parking!

Pretty terrible. This AAA is like the DMV. Lots of waiting. The receptionist at the front was polite and helpful, but the lady in the back (who I begrudgingly will not throw under the bus) was very unpleasant. She gave major attitude, avoided eye contact, and acted like she hated her job (which she probably does). Her customer service was ridiculously poor and made for a terrible AAA experience.
Note: For those of you traveling out of the country, AAA offers a TripPak that provides small denomination currency for small transactions (tip, taxis, etc.) without a fee. You can give them $ 100 USD, and they’ll give you the equivalent currency at market rate.

I had let my AAA service expire, and upon encountering website errors trying to renew online, headed to this office to renew my membership.
Within 10 minutes I was set up with a temporary card and out the door.
While I haven’t used my AAA roadside service in a year or two, I like the comfort of it being available to me. Also, did you know you can be the hero if a friend needs roadside assistance? I’ve shown up to friends who don’t have AAA service and helped them get towed using my card. Also roommates whose cars don’t start and have me blocked in by tandem parking.
