In August 2015 Eric Boulanger opened The Bakery, on the Sony Pictures lot in Culver City, CA.

Business Owner

Founder of The Bakery, and a classically trained violinist, Eric Boulanger is the rare professional whose exceptional skill set regularly takes him from the studio to the stage.

Good vibes surrounded The Bakery’s opening with Rachel Platten’s «Fight Song» going #1 and earning Platinum certification. Additionally, Eric has mixed and/​or mastered countless records across a variety of genres including albums for Colbie Caillat, OneRepublic, Eric Burdon, Imagine Dragons, The Plain White T’s, Chris Botti, Amos Lee, Serena Ryder, The Doors, Olivia Newton John, and Sarah Jarosz.

Since 2011, Eric has been a leader of the Producers & Engineers Wing of The Recording Academy (GRAMMYs) while serving as a member of its Steering Committee. He also was the first Mastering Engineer to master a Mastered for iTunes (MFiT) release (Colbie Caillat’s «All of You») — MFiT dramatically improved the quality and care taken in delivering masters for digital distribution.
