The best dentist ive ever been to… very knowledgeable about his craft… him and natalie make you feel like Family… Been coming to him for years… stopped coming for a few years && after about 7 years, they welcomed me back with open arms… started going to another dentist office for orthodontic care for about 2 years and was unhappy with the service. I came back to this office and he fixed what the other office should have fixed (in 2 years) in only about 2 months… i would recommend this office to anyone!

Dr. Blanton did a beautiful job on our eldest daughter’s braces, and her teeth are very nice. That’s giving him credit where credit is due. However, I am sorely unhappy with their refusal to help us with our youngest daughter’s urgent orthodontic need. This younger daughter is not a patient of Dr. Blanton’s, but had a critical bracket fall off just prior to her first 2-​week camping trip without parents. With our orthodontist out of town, we thought Dr. Blanton could help ensure she would be ok for the next 2 weeks. The office refused to help despite knowing our connection to them. They cited liability concerns so we offered to sign a waiver and to pay them for a visit. They refused due to a busy schedule even though the assistance needed would require 2 minutes time. I just do not understand how they could refuse us given that 2 of our 5 family members have been his patients! Makes me glad we found a different ortho for our youngest girl. And I fortunately found a very lovely doc in Santa Monica who not only welcomed us in our time of need but did the work at no charge… and without any liability concerns!!!

If you are looking for a reliable and knowledgeable dentist, this is it!

I love this dentist! No matter what I’m havng done, I walk out with a smile. Always accomodating with appointments (thanks Natalie!) and very perosnable people. I feel like I’m going to see old friends whenever I go, and they’re truly interested in your well being. They all have very good hands too, if you’re nervous about pain, have no fear. Did I mention I love this dentist?

Best dentist I have ever been to. Very knowledgeable and isn’t about the up sell or unneeded treatment.

Oh god, the dentist… it’s the dreaded place you need to go to fix your teeth, but if you think about it, getting your teeth straighten is probably the best comestic surgery you can get, because nothing beats a natural smile.
Anyway, i would recommend this place because I grew up with this dentist, it’s small but that’s what’s cool about it, I would not want to go to any dentist where it’s big and intimidating. The wait can be kinda long, but it’s all good. And if you get John Blanton, he’s really good, especially with kids who hates the dentist like i was. So yeah, if you live nearby, you should check them out yourself.
