I don’t know about the other review on here. I had an entirely amazing experience renting an iMac. Sergio walked me through the process step by step and always emailed or called back if I had any questions. When I had received the computer, the tech carried it upstairs and helped me set it up. Very polite and efficient. Make sure you ask to speak with Sergio in the Sales Dept. They don’t come any better in terms of customer service. He made me feel like I was the head of Sony Pictures ordering 100 computers for a production. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

I specifically ordered a 13″ or 15″ laptop, and made a point of saying I didn’t want a 17″ over the phone. When I arrived, I was handed a 17″ and was told it was all that was available and that it would be about 30 minutes before another computer could be prepared. To wait for that would have meant missing my flight. So I lugged a 17″ laptop, which did not fit in my travel bag and was very awkward to carry. When I got to my meeting, one of the parties suggested we have a Skype conference so we could share screens. I tried to install Skype on the laptop, but it required an admin password which was not provided to me. I was in the middle of a meeting, so I couldn’t call to ask for it. When I returned the computer, the clerk was busy doing something else. She didn’t take a break to greet me, but had me stand for several minutes before she could get to me, without any explanation. I started to leave, and she insisted that I wait so I could sign my receipt. She made a point of saying that this wasn’t for me, but was for the company. She offered no apology or appreciation for me waiting for something that didn’t benefit me. She(nor any of the other staff) never asked how the rental was, or even said have a nice day or anything like that. Very impersonal and a little rude.
