Do not call this place. The man came (can’t read his signature, I am assuming its Daily) spoke to my tenants who said the upstairs ac wasn’t working, he ended up charging 162.00 for checking the upstairs AC, said something about the valve and turned it off!!! I called him asking why he had charged the $ 162.00 for and what the work entailed. He said he shouldn’t have answered the phone and that the AC was old and gave me a bunch of hogwash about what I need to do to fix it. The man was not only rude on the phone but on the paperwork he wrote he went up to the attic but yet he told me he didn’t have a ladder to go up to the attic. I am really losing my faith in workmen these days. For God’s sakes, you charge me 162.00 for nothing (to turn off my ac) then you’re rude about it. Shame on you!!!

I don’t usually post here, but after reading the reviews below and calling Dailey personally today I have to add my two cents and let you know that my telephone interaction today with Mr. Dailey was equally rude as that mentioned in an earlier review. He was arrogant and unpleasant. I definitely would not suggest anyone give anyone with that kind of work ethic their business or their money!

I called Dailey Heating the other morning, after being referred to him by another AC repairman and was greatly disappointed. He was very rude and his tone was very condescending… he even started questioning the judgement of the referring repairman! Not helpful at all. I understand he’d like to know what he’s walking into, but there was no need for the rudeness or snarky remarks.
I’d rather give our business to someone who treats potential clients with respect and understanding.
Found another company to come out, the technician was very pleasant and fixed our AC, it just needed a new thermostat, a simple fix.

Chuck arrived right on time, was really pleasant, and fixed the broken capacitor in my furnace quickly and easily. He even removed the air filter and rinsed it off (and didn’t suggest that I need to buy a new one, which I really appreciated). Pricing seemed reasonable compared to another estimate I got. I would definitely call him again (though hopefully my furnace will keep on kicking and I won’t need to!)

Chuck fixed the gas wall heater unit in our home. He showed up 20 min early, was extremely pleasant to me and my 2 year old daughter. Charges were reasonable. And now we are warm again.

Chuck replaced the firebox seal gaskets on an ancient wall-​unit gas furnace in my apartment building for a reasonable price when others insisted the part couldn’t be found and I had to buy a whole new unit ($ 1,000+), which they were eager to sell me and install. This was the second time he came out — a little over a year ago he also did a burner clean. He charges $ 98/​hour for most stuff and doesn’t mess around, gets things done fast with no b/​s.

Chuck Dailey owns and operates his own Heating and Air Conditioning Company. He sells, services, installs and maintains heating and air conditioning units. I have used him strictly for repairs and maintenance of the A/​C and Heating unit at my small business, and at that he has been outstanding! Chuck responds promptly and efficiently when I call him. He comes up with practical solutions and cost-​effective labor which is nothing short of miraculous with my aged equipment. His labor costs are fair and he doesn’t pad the bill with extra hours or parts.
I find Chuck Dailey to be a skillful, honest and trustworthy workman. I would trust him with any job big or small and I’m happy to refer him.
