Is this a legit business? I don’t understand what happened. I called and the woman who answered asked why I was calling. I said to book travel (duh!) and she sounded quite annoyed. She then put Laila on the phone who said she was with a client and would call me right back. She took my number and two days later, I have never heard from her. I know travel agencies are going out of business left and right and internet booking is the method of choice these days. I had a complicated travel arrangement I was trying to get help with (and was happy to pay for help), but it seems easier to communicate with a computer than with this agency. Yikes.

I have bought tickets with them twice — and will defnitely consider them again. they try to look for the lowest deal and provide good service to fly to india.
