I got my eyelash extensions and eyebrows done, both services were great but the eyebrows shaping was exceptional! I got so many compliments and I love how they’re shaped now!

I saw Caroline multiple times for eyelash extensions and she has been such a pleasure! She is very professional and has great attention to detail. My lashes always come out very natural and look forward to continuing to go back. It costs about 70 for the clusters and have to say it is well worth the money!

Had a really good experience with Caroline! She’s friendly and knowledgeable. I must say, though, that this facial peel was truly bare bones compared to most facial visits I’ve had in the past. You’re in and out in a jiffy — not really a full facial experience where you’re pampered and it’s usually about an hour long; especially considering the facial was over 100 dollars. I got spoiled apparently with my Chicago spa facials that were the same price and a lot more detailed! Shucks.

I’ve been to many Esthetician, enough to compare, so my rating should be accurate enough to be «helpful» to those looking for a good skin caregiver. To begin, Caroline is definitely not someone that just does her job and collect her fees, she ultimately loves what she does. When it comes to your skin, you definitely want somebody that cares about your skin and not just trying to upsale you on things that you don’t need.
CHEMICAL PEELS:
It’s really hard to find a good Esthetician that does good Chemical Peels. Her recommendations have really made a big improvement on my skin. I regularly go in to see Caroline every month, if I go longer than a month I feel like I’ve aged 5 years. The location is very convenient and the peel itself is quick and not painful at all. I Highly recommend to come here and check it out for yourself!

Caroline knows how to make a beautiful eyebrow! By far the best eyebrow wax I have ever had in LA. I have straight eyebrows but Caroline made a beautiful arch that I’ve never seen before! She’s also very nice and easy to talk to. I popped into the store and she fit me in without any hesitation. Overall I give my experience here with Caroline a ¹⁰⁄₁₀!

I’ve been seeing Caroline for a few years now and there is no one else I trust more with my skincare and beauty needs. She is super knowledgeable and genuinely interested in all the latest and greatest products, trends, etc. and regularly gives great tips and advice. She does an amazing application of individual eyelashes for a more then reasonable price, — I used to pay about 3x the price that she charges for the same quality beautiful long lashes. I love them, I’m completely addicted, and I cannot live without her or my lashes! She always does a beautiful job, they look completely natural and flawless, I get compliments on my lashes all the time and hardly anyone thinks they’re not all mine! :)
I honestly don’t remember what it’s like to have to put on mascara every morning, and there is no way I’ll ever go back! She is the real deal and always willing to accommodate my schedule. Caroline’s chemical peel has made my skin look 5 years younger! Wow, I’m hooked on peels, now! I didn’t know I had such full eyebrows until she tinted them for me, and made my previously blonde eyebrow hairs visible. Caroline is the goddess of beautiful brows and lashes. I’ve been seeing her for quite some time now to work magic on my own pale set, and I always leave her care feeling like a pampered movie star. I suppose the only downside is I’ve become addicted after the first try!
It was a bit strange at first walking into a Med Spa, but it’s a really nice environment with friendly personnel — location is also great with plenty of parking. And Caroline is a true professional who keeps me coming back just about every month.

I got an awesome facial from Caroline. I like the kind of facials that are about improving your skin, and that’s the kind she gives. she uses an excellent product line– which is something I look for when I get a facial, she is serious about extractions, and she seems to know a lot about skin and what it needs. Its been a few days since the facial, and the texture of my skin looks great, my blemishes clear up, and my boyfriend told me I was «glowing». Also, parking was easy, the office felt clean and professional and Caroline is really fun to talk to.

My skin is pretty good (thanks Mom!) but whenever I need a facial, I always see Caroline! She really knows how to create a comforting, pleasant, and relaxing experience, really giving you all her focused attention. She doesn’t miss a beat, and thoroughly does the best job out there.
