I read the reviews before I went to Factory Support but decided to give them a go anyway. They were the closest shop to my home and I’m glad I did. I’ve taken my 2005 Suzuki V-​Strom 1000 to Factory Support USA twice now and feel it’s time to tell the Unilocal community how I feel about my experience.
I’ve talked to Mike on the phone and met Brandon in person. Brandon is a nice guy who really knows his bikes. He bends over backwards to make sure I get what I need for a well running bike.
They work quickly and diligently. Their wrenching is top notch as well as their communication with me. They call to let me know where they are in the process and voice their concerns with things they find on my machine as they work on it. They don’t try to up sell me on things I don’t need but at the same time point out things that may need addressing down the road. And yes, I like good pun now and then.
If you need good, honest maintenance on your motorcycle, I highly recommend Factory Support USA.

If I could give mike or Brandon or whatever the hell his name is a negative star I would. This guy will up charge the crap out of parts. He told me it would be 185 $ for just two parts on my bike (just the parts) I didn’t question him, I thought «he’s cool, he wouldn’t screw me over.» Later on after a few altercations I found out that I was very wrong. The two parts I needed were 75 $ total and that was for the top of the line parts. He said my bike would be done in two days. After a week passes by I began wondering what’s up with my bike. He claimed that he got one part but not the other one. Then texts me wanting to work out that night. (I’m a personal trainer) He then says that he can rig some stuff up to have my bike running without the other part if I come and workout with him. Why couldn’t he have done that days ago? Every time I saw Brandonmike he was on a different motorcycle. The night that I showed up to train with him he hops on a customers bike and rides the absolute hell out of it. Doing burn outs and wheelies and ramping curbs. That answers my question as to why it takes so long to get my bike back. So if you drop your bike off with Brandonmike and you’re wondering what’s up, just assume you’ll be getting your bike back with a bald back tire. This guy is a retard and doesn’t have any wheels so he uses customers bikes as his transpo. I never got my second part that I paid for. When questioned about it he told me to come to his alley and fight him. This guy is a real professional, let me tell you.

Unfortunately, I ran over a couple of nails and my tire needed to be patched. I did not have the time to get it towed to a shop in order for it to be repaired. I called Mike and he was able to take care of my tire quickly and at a fair price. I will definitely bring my scooter to him for all of my scooter’s needs. I would recommend his services to my friends and family.

Since I’ve written my review I’ve been contacted by two other Unilocalers confirming that they received threatening phone calls and texts after leaving a bad review. Should you have the misfortune of dealing with this clown I suggest you contact the police with your experience.

I purchased my first used bike and brought it to Brandon to check it out and adjust the carbs. Brandon worked quickly and only had my bike for a few hours. The price was good and the bike runs great now.

My personal experience here was nothing short of awful, top to bottom. Im not one for long stories or slander, but I would like to make sure my fellow riders don’t suffer the same experience that I did, so Ill keep it short and just point out the negatives.
–Brandon was to change my handle bars.
–I came to pick up bike when he told me it was ready and nobody was there — shop closed during open hours. (5pm — Shop is listed as open till 6 and I was told personally that he would be there at 5pm)
–After hours of trying, I finally got ahold of him, he told me it wouldn’t be ready till the next day
–I came to pick it up at specified time and my bike was now suffering an electrical issue that it hadn’t been before.
–Bike now does not start or run due to the main fuse blowing every time the key is turned
–He could not identify the issue and said he needed a few more hours to do it.
–He DID NOT find the problem and made himself impossible to get ahold of.
I told him I would pick up the bike with a truck and take it to a real mechanic, at which point he charged me for the hours it took him to find NOTHING in my electrical system.
When I took the bike to the new mechanic, he identified in less than 30 minutes that the problem was in the electrical, IN MY HANDLE BARS!
SO. This dude, Brandon, took my bike, caused a problem in the electrical system, charged me $ 210 to look for the problem that HE caused and still to this day won’t provide me a receipt for my transaction. The guy even had the nerve to tell me to «Have some respect, DONT text my personal line» when I texted him after having no response from the shop line or email addresses.
Conclusion: Rude, unresponsive, unreliable and dishonest stoner. Beyond that, he seems to be a majorly underpar mechanic considering he damaged my electrical doing a simple bar swap and was unable to fix it in the extra 2 hours he charged me for.
This dude ran me around, caused me to not have transportation for a week and to be honest I would be amazed to see any credentials behind this shady-​ass back alley operation.
Los Angeles is certainly lacking on good mechanics. but you will most certainly be better off anywhere else.
You should shape your operation up Brandon. Word will eventually get around about your poor business and mechanical skills.

EDIT: Update, the employee/​owner/​person who responded to this review decided to, and I kid you not, started incessantly prank calling my cell phone throughout the rest of the day. Childish and embarrassing behavior from these people.

Unbelievable. Can’t remember the last time I was treated so rudely over the phone.
Called here to ask if they could repair a puncture on my rear tire and the guy who answered the phone was incredibly unprofessional and crass. He said they couldn’t do it and when I asked if he knew anywhere that could, he said «I don’t know, go to a car shop or something, we aren’t going to do it, bye,» and just hung up me.
Needless to say, I won’t be having my tire fixed here, nor any other things I might need, from this business.

I took my bike to this shop and I haven’t better service anywhere else… the prices here at this shop are very reasonable. I had an oil change and tune up on my yamaha r6. I am very satisfied with the work and price he gave me. I will for sure come back and do my exhaust sometime soon. this shop will be installing my r55 yoshimura exhaust on my 2012 r6. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking to get some work done…

I have a few classic bikes that needed tuning. I got a recc from a friend to go see Brendan over at Factory Support. Although these guys run a shop that work on street bikes and dirt, I took a chance as I was in a pinch for time. I loved the service here and the fantastic turnaround.

Wanted to get my ’76 cb550 tuned up and possibly do a cosmetic overhaul. Brandon was very helpful and knowledgable. Gave it café racer flair, made it run super well and was fair on pricing. Looking forward to doing another café racer project with Brandon. Found my go-​to bike mechanic!!!

Anytime I have any issues with my bikes I always take them to Brandon, always the best prices …

Awesome job again from Brandon. My bike was serviced, cleaned, and returned to me in better shape than the day I bought it. The great thing about this business is that it makes you fall in love with your motorcycle all over again

Brandons a homie. I left my Xr650l with him for two days with some electrical issues, when I picked up my bike I immediately felt it running wayyyy smoother from the tweaks. Most defiantly recommending this shop to the buddies I ride with. I’ll be back for sure.

So I have this Vespa et40 that was acting weird. I didn’t know where to take it, so I leaned on my trusty Unilocal app and found this garage. It’s small but busy. Mike the mechanic found the problem right away and fixed her up. No more chugs. Nice guys, great prices, and superfast work!

I recently bought a Hypermotard 1100S, in what can only be described as a dream bike. I needed a general checkup, a tune, and a few modifications I wanted to make.
The first place I took it to is Mike @ Factory Support USA. I have a few techs I’ve worked with, including the service department at an actual Ducati dealership. But I knew Mike would be the guy who can turn it over quickly, inexpensively, and ferociously.
This being a new toy and all, I didn’t want to part with it for too long. And I know Mike understood that. He worked quickly to tune the bike, did some other inexpensive mods and in no time, I was ripping my new Hyper down the street.
At a fraction of the cost at the dealership.
First off, these guys REALLY know how to tune. Quite literally, the bike sounds and feels 60 — 70% better. Revs are sharp. The tweaks they made on the suspension really make it an incredible joy to ride.
Everything was just tight and has remained so since driving it away.
Another plus is that Mike/​Brandon is insanely knowledgeable. He manages to teach me thing or two about my bike every time I am in there, which I think is cool. But the icing on the cake, was, upon leaving, Mike suggested three mods that amount to less than $ 50 combined and how I can do them myself.
Then it hit me why I like their shop so much. I never get the feeling they are upselling. Nor the feeling they want me to spend money I may not need to. Mike works with you, as if he’s a friend. I will be taking all four of my bikes here.

After getting blown off by Moto GP, Mike of factory support USA gave my 99 Suzuki GSX-​R 750 a complete overhaul. He spent hours splicing the wires for my LED integrated brake/​turn signals, balanced my tires, and installed throttle cables at a really good price. Mike will walk you through the repairs that he performed, which helps you understand motorcycle repair. Plus he’s dirty at moto racing. I’ve never had a bad experience with his shop or his professional service.

Brandon has absolute top notch service. Has pulled me out of tune up and repair situations countless of times on my 2001 Honda Shadow VLX 600 and 2012 BMW F650 GS. He would take his time to explain and teach me basic maintenance as well as advice me on how to treat my bikes better! Recommend him 100%

Mobile motorcycle mechanics? YES! Gotta love a service that comes to you! Brandon is a cool guy and and awesome motorcycle mechanic.
I have a new bike and needed my 600 mile oil change, adjustments and whatnot.
Called Brandon on a Monday holiday and he was at my place in an hour.
Super fair prices (called lots of places, mobile and shops), professional and friendly.
He answered all my questions fully and patiently. Yay!
