Business Owner

I am a playful curious lover of life who likes to express himself through, music, art, word and movement. I value connection and authentic expression. My favorite coaching motto is Feel, Reveal, No Big deal.

As a child I was filled with stories, ideas, beliefs, cultural conditions, some served some didn’t. Life happened to me and I met my experiences with resistance. My favorite fear based pattern was to flee. There were good times too.

As I turn toward my experiences, I choose life to move through me as creative expression and a learning opportunity. I am open to discover, and love to play.

I love nature and nurture, prefer being with than being against. I know what I will say currently YES to and what I will say NO to. I choose expanding over contracting. Love over Fear.

I’m the dad of an awesome daughter.

I choose freedom, growth and well being, over other peoples ideas of loyalty and duty.
