Sessions with LeeAnn are based on current scientific evidence and she uses the most effective tools and methods to achieve results. Areas of specialty include diabetes, adult and pediatric weight management, cardiovascular health, kidney disease, women’s nutrition, nutrition for infants and children, digestive disorders, vegetarianism, food allergies, and disease prevention.

History

Established in 2004.

LeeAnn has been a registered dietitian since 2004. She received a BS in Dietetics from James Madison University and a Master’s in Public Health at UCLA. She completed her dietetic internship at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System.

LeeAnn is absolutely amazing at what she does — and I am fortunate to have worked with her. She really listened to my concerns and food preferences, and created a perfect meal plan that’s extremely easy to follow. She’s very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. In addition, she even welcomes emails should you have any questions outside of your sessions. For anyone who is looking for guidance with their daily food intake, LeeAnn is a great leader to follow!

My son is 14 and has a diet so limited that it impacts his social relationships. He is eager to overcome his fear of new foods and to put on weight, but forcing himself just causes more anxiety. Enter LeeAnn! In our first meeting she brought warmth and openness, making it clear that this is going to be a team effort! She listened thoughtfully, and was remarkably creative in her approaches. She hit on some challenges we can see make this hard, but understanding them has already helped. As a family we are grateful to have support in addressing these challenges. OH, and I had notes from our meeting in my email box before I woke up the next day!
PS We saw LeeAnn in her new Encino office — I’m SOOO glad she’s in the neighborhood!
