Condescending is an understatement…
Sometimes I think he means well but then I’m shoved out the door. He doesn’t tell you what he diagnoses and he doesn’t listen to you at all, he does things how he pleases and lives in his own little world.
NEGLIGENT, Only after money.
However on the upside, the front desk staff is super nice.

If I could give zero stars for the customer service by the front desk girl I would. she’s unorganized, rude and incompetent in a receptionist position… Which isn’t a difficult job! My medical insurance had a lapse which she only checked on as I was already checked in and waiting for the doctor! I was sent home without being seen. She needs to do her job BEFORE people come to their appointments. Called me to tell me I’m being sent for collections for another appointment where I was seen and my insurance wasn’t valid? Then proceeded to speak over me and argue about the fact!!! Well my insurance said otherwise. Quite sad, as dr. Rezvani is great, but I won’t be back because of their RUDE and INCOMPETENT receptionist who doesn’t know how to do her job!

It took 1.5 months to get an authorization on physical therapy just because their front desk staff was lazy and never ordered the authorization, they took the co pay immediately at the visit though but did not order any authorization order. I had to call every day then I finally called the medical group to ask about authorization. We came to know then that it only takes around 5 days for the authorization to come in. For 1.5 months, we got fooled by their staff.

I can’t speak to the other docs in the practice but Dr. Rezvani was… abysmal. He got my age wrong by 8 years. Forgot I was pregnant after multiple visits. Didn’t warn me about class C blood pressure medications I was taking that would harm my baby. Didn’t look at my chart and was completely patronizing during the 10 min. visits (10 minutes!?). I had to call the office 5 times to get lab results. Ended up calling the lab myself to have the results sent. Please avoid him, if you can.

TERRIBLE DOCTOR. Dr. Rezvani was very condescending towards me when I came in. I had two blisters on my foot arches which I got from running and was hoping he could give me advice or treatment for it.
Instead, he decides I need an ultrasound which I hesitantly agreed to. He said this was to see if there was infection in my leg… hmm. Anyway this procedure took about 3 hours, and was extremely long and boring. I even fell asleep at one point. I asked the nurse if this was necessary, and she said, in all honesty, no. I was floored. I came back a week later, and he said there was no infection and everything was fine. Well here’s the catch… the ultrasound bill ended up being $ 750!!! I was ripped off by a procedure I didn’t even need! So frustrating

I choose doctor Razvani based upon the reviews… few years ago during the first year their staff was nice particularly their front focal medical assistant named Lizzie or Elizabeth, she was very helpful, and always attentive to her promises for follow up, my spouse always considerate and understanding, we were promised to get a referral letter within 2 – 3 weeks, but it never came on time. After 6 months Lizzie or Liz became either lazy or forgetful. We figured to give her another chance, we called directly our insurance they said they never receive any request for other doctor referral, my spouse has been suffering a lot, even the doctor itself always in a hurry never stayed more than 3 minutes in the room with her which my spouse has no contagious disease just normal routine and minor aches and pain, she was NOT giving an opportunity to ask more question pertaining to medical health, no matter what type of your insurance you get the same treatment with this doctor. Have compassion at least for your patient, and call us as you committed to do not let us wait for so many weeks and nothing happen. I will not recommend this medical office to anyone who wants to get better and live a long life.

I would personally recommend their services to relatives and friends. Dr. Rezvani is very helpful, insightful and has a great personality. On the plus side I feel that I can trust him. I got an appointment on the same day, that was very convenient for me.
The front staff did a great job at keeping me relaxed while waiting to be called in. (I have anxiety when I visit any doctor). Liz greeted me with a smile and helped me get checked in quickly, even offered me water!
I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Most importantly the office was clean, welcoming and relaxing.

AMAZING STAFF! I disagree with the review below!!! It’s a one man show, however Liz does an incredible job keeping the office under control. Same day appointments are available which is what drew me to the office in the first place. Dr. Rezvani is the most helpful doctor I have ever encountered great personality and easy to trust.

I called the office hoping to make a same day appointment after injuring my back. The lady who took my call seemed genuinely angry that I asked if it was possible to come in on the same day. She told me to go to the hospital and hung up on me. I switched my PCP to a different doctor whose office is much more professional. I have no qualms about not being given a same day appointment but I take tremendous issue with any desk staff being rude and hanging up on a patient or client.
