This really pertains to the on-line ordering program, not the actual store. I have purchased dozens of shoes from payless on line without any problem. Recently I bought a pair of shoes that did not fit. Payless requires you pay full price for returning the shoes. The shoes cost me $ 29.99 and the CHEAPESTRETURNPOSTAGE costs $ 24.95. I called Payless because this is insane and they said there is nothing they can do unless I want to travel over 30 minutes to return them at a store. PLEASEDONOTUSEPAYLESS!!! Zappos has an awesome return policy and never hassles the customer. PAYLESS is clearly the worst customer service in the category. Run, don’t walk away from this money-grabbing company.

Came in to find heels for my sister and I. The saleslady who was working at the time was so pushy… I know you’re supposed to make sales, but trying to sell us shoe inserts, necklaces, AND purses gets annoying after the tenth time. On top of that, she was way too cheery and fake which drove me insane. I just didn’t like this girl. We ended up finding our shoes fast, thankfully, and received them under the BOGO promo which was awesome.
