PICNIC LA offers an upscale menu with a fast-​casual service style. The varied menu represents a palate of flavors inspired by the great diversity of Los Angeles. Our chef works closely with his vendors to source the highest quality produce at the peak of their seasonality. As constantly as Southern California’s micro-​seasons evolve, so does our menu. The space is situated on the corner of Duquesne and Culver Blvd, has ample light, and features floor-​to-​ceiling windows ideal for people watching the passersby from Sony Studios, Culver City Hall, and the Kirk Douglas Theater. The interior is minimalistic and modern with open space, sleek picnic tables, and branded picnic-​themed elements throughout the restaurant. Guests will find subtle splashes of the eatery’s signature blue and white picnic gingham throughout the space.

Los Angeles is an extraordinary city for dining. Within driving distance, LA has access to some of the best produce in the world, and the climate allows for incredible growing seasons. Culturally, LA is a melting pot like no other; representing cultures and cuisines that span the globe.

It is with these ideas that Picnic LA was founded. Alex R., Noah E., and Eliot S. have each devoted their entire professional careers to restaurants, mainly fine dining. They each studied restaurants in school and have toured some of the country’s most highly regarded eateries. To them, food is not just a profession it is their passion. Working in fine dining exposed them to quality ingredients, and the techniques necessary to show case them. At Picnic LA, the dynamic menu changes with the seasons and highlights the city’s cultural diversity and wonderful produce.
