This franchise location started operations in 2011 and is owned by Colette Moore. It is woman owned and recognized by the LA Business Journal as a 2014 and 2015 «Largest Minority Owned Business». I am an accomplished senior level business leader with nearly 25 years of experience in product management, integrated marketing, new product launches, business development and strategy in entertainment and packaged goods with mid-​size and Fortune 500 companies (including Disney, General Mills).

Early in my career I gained manufacturing experience in aerospace, leveraging my undergraduate degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering at USC. In my ongoing quest for knowledge and to experience another side of LA, I also received my MBA from UCLA.

My enthusiasm and unique background of profitable P&L and people management, innovation, strategy development, collaboration and community service, delivers a seasoned executive to drive creative solutions and vision for rapidly changing businesses that need flexible staffing.

Very rude, I tried to get assistance from this agency but not successful. I filled out all the paperwork online and then when it came to the test my computer was not able to let me take the test. I have an old computer but no work no money. So I informed the office of that and I was treated like it was a crime. I said can I come in and the take the test, no was the answer. The manager stated to me that she did not want to work with me and said my attitude was not good. Lol this is funny because the whole time I was just trying to take the test. So I decided to go to another location and I filled out all the same paperwork, no response. I was able to find work on my own, no test required. But it is unfortunate the manager refuse to work with me. Please do not respond to this review and it make it seem like you tried to help, because no one did. Not even your office in Long Beach. I never have met this lady, I was not allowed to come to the office. I just wanted to work, and the library does not support the test as well.

I had to take a minute to give a genuine complement and compose this tangible expression of appreciation for Pridestaff. Owner Mrs Collette and her entire staff worked diligently to keep me on assignment; …from the first week or so of signing with their agency they kept me in the field actively working on some of the best long and short term projects. If you’re serious about a good agency with assignments in the greater L. A area check them out.

Pridestaff staffing agency is the most professional and diligent company in successfully finding jobs that fit your skills and preferred pay. I have signed up with this agency on a whim and was astound by the quick high paying job opportunities they provided as frequently as they could. I’m currently on the road to success because of this company who was willing to find work that fit in my school schedule. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for a staffing agency this is the one to go with!!!

I initially reached out to them on account of someone else and decided not to start right away because like most you’re a little weary about staffing agencies. When I was ready to try again; I jumped right back in; filled everything out, did the assessments and have yet to hear back. I didn’t hear anything after the assessments actually.
I’m wondering if you do bad on the assessments they decide not to call back? It would be weird to think that I did THAT bad because I took the same assessments for a different agency and scored 80s and 90s which is way above average for most taking them.
I decided to go with Robert Half | Office Team; they call me so often and email/​text me and they are just really on it. Can’t say the same for PrideStaff… just another person funneled into a black hole.

PrideStaff has been such a great asset in finding employment. I am registered with a few different agencies, but it’s the ladies at PrideStaff that have continually kept me employed in this past year! You guys are the best!
