Owner & Principal Designer Annie Pinsker-Brown is an ASP Home Stager, a member of IAHSP (International Association of Home Staging Professionals), an affiliate member of the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors and a member of the Culver City and West LA Chambers of Commerce.

Was quite rude. I called and left message to inquire about using services, yet when I received a call back 2 days later, she was rude, and had a lack of customer service skills. While I can’t speak to her design skills since I did not use her, I would not want to work with someone who seems as though they don’t enjoy what they do.

Love Annie! She volunteered her services for free on two identical Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles’ homes. On one home she took items from the Habitat ReStore — no easy task and got the other home entirely donated by furnishings from another company. Kudos! The homes were a hit! Her taste is impecable. She picked paint colors and even with low price and higher priced donated items, she made these low income homes look like a million bucks! Kudos to her! She is brilliant and a philanthropist. I have seen her million dollar homes and they look amazing as well. Whatever she does adds way more in value than whatever her cost. I can not recommend her more highly. She is an artist and a saint. Bravo!

Annie is great. As a single male with poor fashion taste, I learned from a home staging experience in Atlanta that I could make spaces look a lot better with some input. When I bought a place in LA, Annie talked me through all of it — wood floor choices, light demolition and construction, wall colors, all the way through furniture, wood color and lighting. I’m very pleased with the outcome and I couldn’t have done it without her.

I have been meaning to write this review for two years, but just never got around to it. Annie staged our condo in Brentwood two years ago, when the real estate market was already tanking. We sold our place in less than a week, with multiple offers and for over our asking price. We sold our place for significantly more than comparable units in our building. Since then, we have been looking for a house to buy and have come across several homes that Annie had staged, and these homes also do not sit on the market for very long. Our condo was unrecognizable after she was done and her recommendations on what to spend money on and what to skip were also spot on. She was very pleasant to work with, she and her assistant were as professional as they come, courteous, punctual and timely. Staging does make a difference and what we paid to stage our place with Annie was the best use our money!

I am a Real Estate Agent and Annie has staged two homes of clients for me. Not only is she very personable but she seems to know exactly how to make a home appeal to a buyer. I know that without her help these homes would not have sold. I have used other «high end» staging companies only to be disappointed with not only them but their products. Annie has quick easy fixes for problems in the home and is very generous in offering ideas on things in the home that she is not responsible for. Another plus is that she keeps her pricing competitive. Her staff is great and the movers she uses are very careful and clean, which is a huge deal! Especially when we have new floors and fresh paint. You will not be disappointed with her work!
