Super A Shuttle Airport Express

My wife called Super shuttle a week in advance she had to fly for a job in Phoenix she made it 3hours late because of super shuttle are retarded such bad liars on the phone saying the driver was 5 minutes away five times when they never turned up. Never again. They are the worst.

Bogus service is bogus

I recently flew to Long Beach Airport on Jet Blue and had arranged for Super Shuttle to pick me up after my flight. I, and several other customers, waited for more than an hour outside with no bench, for a van to pick us up. When we couldn’t get an answer with the 800 number we found the local number and finally got an answer. We were told a van would be routed for my pick up to take me to Anaheim. A van arrived 10 minutes later. The driver, who is a contract employee, took me and another passenger to the Anaheim area. The other passenger was quite agitated and the driver was doing his best. He was actually on his way home, when he got the call to pick us up. Most of the Super Shuttle business is with LAX and LGB is the red headed stepchild of the airports in the area. I can’t recommend Super Shuttle for LGB airport. A totally disappointing experience.

I called and cancelled 12 hours before my scheduled pickup-​well before the 4 hour time allowed for a refund. Never received a refund. Called again to ask why no refund, no response, and 2 months later still no refund.\
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Still trying to get my money back, have not given up.

We had a flight change at the last minute and even though we called within 3 hours of flight time they still would not issue a refund or a credit. If you have a complaint they redirect you to their «feedback department» who will get back to you within 7 – 10 business days. The people on the phone are nice but are absolutely powerless to do anything to help you as a customer. Would not use again.

We know the deal with airport shuttle services so don’t act surprised. These guys are dependable and will be your best bet whn you are in the LAX area. These guys turned out to be better than getting a cab for me asit was very hard for me to watch hailers of cabs on the curb as I pulled away in my pre-​assigned shuttle.
