Frank runs a clean and efficient business!
Pro: Frank is customer centric and responsive, texting and phone calls. He was very punctual and clearly attentive to details. For example, he cleaned my balcony and carefully hung up my xmas lights on the chair to avoid water damage, that’s excellent service and paying attention to the little things
Con: He gave my neighbor a better deal than me!
Overall, I recommend his services and would use him again in a heartbeat!

Working with Frank was a great experience. You never know what you will get with contractors, so it is nice to find someone you can trust. I felt completely comfortable with Frank being around my home and working with our HOA. He got back to me quickly, he came for a free consultation/​estimate, then returned to do a thorough and efficient job. His prices are competitive and his service superior! Frank rocks! Super responsive and he went WAY above and beyond to fix my hideous patio and cinder block wall. He even came back to get the patch behind my tomato plants 6 months later for FREE so that he didn’t kill my plants.

I have only great things to say about Frank and his business. He is very professional and most of all very easy-​going. He also has a great sense of humor.
Frank power-​washed our sidewalks and patios around the house. It took him a few good hours to really clean the dirty surfaces. I noticed the most improvement with our concrete steps and the driveway. He was very careful not to damage any of our garden plants that were on his way. I was very happy with that since I’ve experienced many people doing just the opposite.
From what I’ve noticed it is a family run business. Frank brought his nephew along to help him out. I think his prices are very reasonable and I would recommend him to anyone who wants to improve the look of their property without spending much money and while dealing with a very pleasant and accommodating owner.

I don’t write reviews often, but when I do it’s because I felt the company went above and beyond my expectations. Frank (owner) at Superior High Pressure cleaning, did just that.
He came on short notice (I scheduled a couple days in advance), and worked ALL weekend (practically sunrise to sunset) to clean all the exterior flooring on my property, along with the house exterior walls and gutters.
And on top of the great results and easy process, he is just a downright nice guy. Super easy to get along with and very accommodating. I hope this review helps you choose this company. They were just amazing to deal with.
