The worst customer service experience I have had the displeasure to experience in my life. Horrible! The manager doesn’t even know how to make eye contact.

My husband and I encountered Dekeshia William who is a staff in this branch of Wells Fargo Bank. She is affable, kind and accommodating. I dealt with her over the phone but my husband did business with her twice in person and my feeling was confirmed when my husband told me she was very nice. I just need everyone to know this branch is cool and I highly recommend it.
Also, when I called one time, the person who answered the phone was also very efficient initiating the question «do I want the person on the line to call me back?» That was nice.

Probably the worst customer service out there… I asked how to complete a wire transaction by phone and no one knew! I then called customer service and geez what a waste of an hour and a half!!! I literally talked to 10 people before they decided it couldn’t be done. They always said «let me investigate that» and were unable to deliver.
I’ve been with this bank for over a decade and it’s unfortunate that they can’t perform simple tasks.

I’ve had Wells Fargo for about a year and I love their customer service but do not like how you cannot transfer between accounts, even at Wells Fargo, it makes bills more difficult to pay.

Hey Wells Fargo! Im posting this urgent and bad review here because i dont see anywhere else to post it except to choose a branch from the Unilocal list. Listen up! I called your ph# 800−869−3557 number tonight at 10:50 pm to review unauthorized charges on my checking acct. The male cus. serv. rep. who took my call talked so fast with the most arrogant attitude. I asked him if he had too much coffee? He admitted YES to that and other things he took to stay awake. He would not let me talk and kept saying «but…um…» What! Get this guy off your payroll! He’s a mess. I dont have his name but he created claim # 10 126 150 001 for my inquiry so im sure you can ID him quickly. Seriously, this guys on something bad!!!
As for this branch at green valley and bristol, it needs a major employee overhaul. There is female black branch manager there that gave me a bad attitude recently when I visited. I do my best to avoid bank branches… especially this one!

Wait time are crazy but the tellers are always very friendly. The lines are always long but they make it go by pretty quick. The staff seems to be different all the time but they seem to find always positive people. Just be prepared to wait for whatever you need

I’ve been a WF customer for 11 years and this is the worst staff I’ve ever dealt with out of all the branches I’ve been in. Always slow, always holding up my checks, unhelpful and sometimes rude. It sucks because this one is by my house.

This has to be the WORST Wells Fargo branch on the planet. I do quite a bit of banking and Green Valley is the closest to our offices now. It is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE for us to do business there.
I go in, I wait in the merchant line for 5 – 10 minutes (if it’s even open) — I am
usually directed to another window, where this is a slow trainee that stares at every check of my 5 or more — 20 check deposit.(s). This trainee is not authorized to approve or process any deposit over $ 5.00 — I am NOT kidding! Teller assistance, teller assistance — ARGH!!!
There is an old woman with a bad hairdo that sits behind the teller line, scrutinizing every check that is deposited. She is absolutely the meanest and MOST inflexible bank employee that I have ever had to deal with. Even the other «senior tellers» are difficult to deal with, and are anything BUT welcoming or helpful.
My boss even went in there to introduce our company and explain our volume of transactions and the high dollar totals that we process to the branch manager.
Of course, that manager lasted about a week and has moved on — probably because he was competent and they just can’t have that there.
Last week, against my better judgement, I went there only to be told that they would now have to scan EVERY check on EVERY deposit. I complained and they told me that they have «changed their policy» and that there was no way around it. As in, no way around me waiting at the window for 30+ minutes while they processed my transactions at a snail’s pace.
They ran 1 transaction and I asked for my stack back — I went to another branch in Marina Del Rey and was processed and OUT the door in less than 10-​minutes.
It was well worth the drive, to do business in a pleasant environment with a branch that APPRECIATES our business.
All Wells Fargo branches have a greeter, free water and cheap candy. Go to any other one other than this one if you want to keep your blood pressure low.
This one needs a complete staff makeover!

I visited this branch during a lunch break last week. There was a friendly lady greeting every client as they walked in and offering a bottle of water, since the weather was quite warm outside. The line was pretty long, but the greeter carried on a casual conversation with several clients to help make the wait a bit less frustrating. When I finally made it to the teller the great customer service continued. The teller, Hassan Warren was extremely helpful. As we waited for my transactions to process he carried on an educated conversation about literature. I was very pleased with this branch and will continue to go there.

Hmmm… I’m SO surprised at the reviews for this location! I needed to call the bank to take care of something for me, so I decided to look up the # on Unilocal!I just moved to CC not long ago and decide to go to this Wells Fargo to continue business. They we extremely helpful and professional. Specifically, Will who assist with business accounts. I’ve YET to have a problem with this branch and hope I do not in the future! The one I would give a bad review on is the branch located in Miracle Mile on Wilshire! That one is really BAD!!!

Wow, so i was not the only one to feel bad about the customer service of WellsFargo at Green Valley. I have been a WF customer for the last 7 years and have been putting down my earnings in it ever since i was a college student. I had visited numerous WF banks in Texas, MA and Nor-​Cal and never had any problems with any place, until i moved to LA.
The teller there ran my Credit Report without even asking for my permission one fine morning telling me i was pre-​approved for a Credit Card. I absolutely didn’t want a credit card and they nodded then but i guess they did run my report either by an accident or maybe because they get paid for each customer they get to sign up for the CC. I didn’t know it till a month, when i did get an email from the WF online system asking me to submit some missing documents for approval of a Credit Card. I straight up went to the bank to ask why i would get an email from WF and enquired if my Credit Report was ran without my knowledge, their bank manager vehemently denied that they would never run my credit without my approval and assured me that nothing of that sort happened. Just to be sure, i ran my own report two days later and wooh what did find, there was indeed a credit enquiry by WF on report. I was pissed, angry and went to the branch again. This time i spoke to a newer manager and he assured me that he would help. Its been 7 phones calls, two trips to the bank and a no result. Each time i speak to the manager, he would tell me he would call me back with an update (which, well never happens)
Sorry WF at Greenvalley, your customer service is a plain non-​sense and you have no value or respect for your customers time and effort. I would not suggest anybody to you.

They greet you when you enter and everybody’s polite… BUT
1. There are so many people behind the glass but only 1 – 2 tellers every time when I go there, which is around lunch time. I get it, people need breaks, but I used to work in customer service too, you gotta take breaks at different times since you know it’s gonna get busy!
2. I had a joint account. One of the tellers told me that I’m charged a monthly fee which should NOT happen and that he should change the numbers of my account and the type. I was like Oh ok! I asked him, TWICE, to remember to mail me a checkbook and cards for both of our names: hubby’s and mine since it was a joint one.
Nothing happened after 3 weeks (they promised 2 weeks). Then my card came. That’s it.
I visit them again, ask for a checkbook to be mailed to me and hubby’s card. Nothing happened.
PLUS!!! Now I have 3 joint accounts, 2 new and 1 old on my online bank statements since they forgot to close down the «old» one. Later I found out they get commission when they open up new accounts, huh!
Get a job at a car dealership not a bank, idiots!

This review is regarding the location on Centinela — my first and LAST time doing business at this location. Walked in smiling and handed the check to the teller, she asked for two forms of ID, kept staring at the check because even though it clearly had Wells Fargo name all over it, was told I could not cash it. I was then asked where did the check come from (the check did not have an address but was clearly professionally produced) — I then told them it was from my investment plan. All of a sudden, four tellers converge and all began staring at the check and then told me it could not be cashed because it was not from Wells Fargo.
The name was written all over the check and in the lower corner were the words US Bank and so one of the tellers told me to go there and cash it and I just stared at her because I knew that was not true so I attempted to speak with the manager. His assistant told him I needed to chat but he was in a meeting with somone and glared at me thru the glass as if he really did not want to be bothered and so I left and arrived at the Green Valley location and the customer service was AWESOME.
The teller was nice and told me I could cash the check if I opened an account but decided against it after the prior experience… it was not his fault but those other tellers at the other location need better training because their customer service sucks !!!
PLEASE DO NOT waste your time doing business at Wells Fargo on Centinela !!!
THANK goodness for credit unions, on my way right now to open an account at a institution that has pleasant customer service and affordable rates !!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. These folks are grossly incompetent. They smile incessantly as they completely screw up your accounts and then never call you back, despite assurances they will, never correct the problems, despite more assurances they will. Then they get rude. They talk over you, in this overly polite and condescending way, when you try to explain how they are making terrible mistakes. I write very few reviews and typically I only write glowing ones. I typically sigh and accept a certain level of incompetence and as long as people are trying hard, I will usually just let it go. But this is out of control incompetence. And this is my money. I’m not rich — I can’t afford their screw-​ups.

Slow! lack skills and common sense.
Bad for Wellsfargo’s brand,
if you must go to a WF branch, try the one in Ladera Center on Centinela.

Extremely rude and clueless manager (Greatly overweight African American woman). No wonder most of the window clerks are impolite and uninformed… never again…
