Apollo Auto Sales

Happy to wrap up my recent car shopping adventure with a positive experience at Apollo.
I worked exclusively with Michael, who made the process as easy and painless as possible. I’d like to stress that my 5-​star review is assuming other people enjoy a low-​key salesman as much as I do — If you respond better to a super structured corporate vibe, Michael probably isn’t the guy for you.
I was a huge fan of how Michael trusted me to assess for myself if I should buy a car or not. I showed up interested in a specific vehicle on the lot, he took me at my word: No time wasted with him trying to sell me on a more expensive car that I wasn’t there to see. He directly answered the few questions I had, then quickly got me the keys and offered my choice of an independent test drive or one with him. I happily accepted the offer to fly solo, loving that I could experience the ride and absorb the details without someone rattling off specs I’ve already looked up. (This positive review of Apollo miiiight be doubling as a negative review of some other dealerships.)
Michael was patient while I thought over the purchase, and continued to attentively answer my questions. He was courteous, respectful, thorough, pleasant, and he gave me space. All the things that make me happy to give someone my business. He also had some pretty sweet action figures on his desk, which never hurts.

Great dealership. Recommend them to all of my friends. Just bought my second car from them. Alan is the best to deal with. Friendly and always helpful.
EDIT: if alAn was the owner, the business would receive a 5 star rating, but while the father is part of the business, I will not be recommending them to anyone. I bought my second car from them, had problems with it from the very beginning. I documented all of the problems. When they finally figured out the problem, it was two years later. I was bringing my car there once a month for two years. They tried to charge me. The father now refuses to work on my car. I had brought it in for service, they gave me the run around for two weeks, then refuse service. The father, He’s a scum bag. I have bought two cars from them, have referred at least 5 friends, all of whom bought cars, and my father has bought four or five cars from them. Way to treat your loyal customers. I repeat, do NOT waste your time there, as long as the father is running the joint.

Steve at Apollo is the man! He got me financed for a gorgeous 2010 Buick! Please go there and tell them dawn p sent you! You won’t be disappointed!

Very pleasant to deal with and low pressure on sales. Also quite up front.
