Sales & Service of Computer, Point of Sale, Cash Registers, Scales, and Office Automation Products, VOIP Phone Systems, Remote Backup Services, Remote Access Services. ²⁴⁄₇ Service and support Roll Paper, Ribbons and Toner Supplies, Magnetic Stripe Gift Card, Frequent Buyer Card Design and Production.

MBS Keystone was founded in Cumberland, Maryland in 1946 as Mel’s Cash Registers serving the business community as a service oriented

family owned concern.

The recent history of our firm began in 1987 – 88 with the incorporation of the company. In 1987, our company had gross sales of approximately $ 300,000

and employed three people in a single office in Cumberland.

The growth plan that began with the incorporation has resulted in 600% growth over 20 years. Growth was stimulated by an expanded range of services

supporting desktop computers, desktop office systems and Point of Sales Systems for Restaurant, Quick Service and Retail Businesses. To better reflect

our expanded capabilities, the company became Mel’s Business Systems, Inc. in the early 1990’s. We expanded to Harrisburg, PA and changed to MBS Keystone in 2015.
