I made an appointment on Thursday for the following Monday at noon. I arranged a day off as I was getting ready for an important event. I only had Monday to take care of getting my hair colored and highlighted hence making a prior appointment. I arrived at the salon only to find it closed! The posted hours stated an opening time of 10:00. I phoned the corporate headquarters looking for direction TWICE and was assured I would receive a call back from an area manager. NOONECALLED. Clearly, they have all the business they need and don’t need to keep their salon open during regular business hours if it isn’t convenient for them. Management obviously doesn’t care about customers any more than the staff at this location. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I have used this salon for years, with varying results, but Trinis is terrific! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and I’m very happy with the haircut I got today. And for $ 15, I’m even more pleased.

I went there yesterday afternoon after work. I needed color(or correction to the color I’ve done myself for years but for some reason it has started to look a bit red or brassy lately), some highlights and a new cut. I was a bit nervous because no one who had been there before referred me, but I had been told by a coworker who had gone to another location that they do color even as a walk in if there is enough time before closing hours. I was pretty desperate but had no appointment and it was late and I leave for a trip in two days. Well, guess what. I am so happy with everything that I really don’t think I will go any place else. I took a chance and got lucky. Thank goodness. My stylist was friendly and personable, none of which matters if she can’t cut or color hair right? But she did a great job and was so pleasant, even about the fact that I needed so much done and it was getting late in the day. I felt bad but she assured me it was all okay and didn’t make me feel like a heel for asking for all this as a walk in. Plus, she had the knowledge and skill to give me what I wanted and needed, even without a whole lot of input from me, which is helpful because I am not always so good at knowing what style I need, only what doesn’t work usually on my hair. Overall I found this to be a really great place for a haircut. I plan bring my husband, son and daughter here from now on because after a few years of living in the area, we haven’t really found anywhere good in terms of quality and value. With this new color, highlights and cut, I feel now that I look a little younger and more modern. I have rated it 5 stars because of value and service. Also, as a side note, this was my first time in but my stylist let me know that it is under new management and that unfortunately, not many people know they are there. While it seems that there are not a lot of customers at this time, she says they hope to change that through good service and word of mouth. I hope it works because I would like to see them have lots of new business. I hope that many more people who need good quality haircuts for their family at a good price will soon find out about this place.

Usually I get decent haircuts here, but when I went in the most recent time the woman who cut my hair was filling in. She said she was from Super Cuts in Alpharetta. I thought it was kind of weird but went along with it because I really do like the women who usually work here. I just wanted a trim, no layers, and for my hair to be all one length(it was a little uneven when I went in. I left with lots of layers and hair very much longer in the back than in the front. She cut off a lot in the front. My hair is a ridiculously exaggerated U shape now and the front is way shorter than just a trim. It looks like I grew my hair long after getting a bowl cut. Also, one side is about an inch shorter than the other now. I think it was extremely unprofessional to leave an unskilled substitute in charge of the store and I don’t plan on ever coming back in now that I know I might end up with some random lady who doesn’t work there.

I’ve been going to this salon for years but they changed management a few months ago. The manager is in all the stylist’s ears giving them bad advice. My hair(highlights) turned out horribly and I came in for a second try as they said they’d fix it for free. At the end of the second session they asked if I wanted to stay longer and try it again. No Thank you. The stylists were very friendly but at the end of the day, I could have gotten much better color with a box kit at home by myself.

They always do a great job cutting my hair! It’s the only place I will go. They are consistent and very reasonably priced.
