Mike was quick to reply to my inquiry and easy to set up an appointment. He was professional and courteous. The price was reasonable and did great work. I would use his company again.

I called Mike first thing in the morning… explained what was going on. I asked if he could come that day and he said yes… that he would call before he was leaving to arrive later that afternoon. He called me about 4 hours later… said he was on his way. Arrived promptly, fixed my garage door in about 30 minutes, didn’t overcharge… his rate was very reasonable, and he was on his way. If only all vendors could be this easy. Mike runs a great business and I would recommend him based on my experience.

Mike came out today to replace my broken garage door spring. Very responsive and professional. Set appointment quickly and came when promised. Had my springs replaced in no time and my door back in business ASAP. Very reasonable pricing. My go to garage door man from now on.

I would give him 10+ stars if I could. I called Mike at almost 9am with a desperate plea for help. My garage door broke and was stuck ½ way opened and wouldn’t move. I couldn’t leave the house. He fit me in between appointments and was at my house in 30mins and 30mins later the door was repaired. Mike was honest and very fair. He showed me what was broken and what he will do to fix it. He gave me a very reasonable price. I just knew he would come back in saying it would cost more for additional parts, labor, etc. — but he did not. 30mins he was done. Mike is also very polite. This is how business should be done! I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely call him the next time. Thank you for your great, honest work.

Called them for a repair to a garage door (the spring popped off). Left a voicemail and Mike called me back right away to set up the appointment. He then called when he was on his way. He showed up when he said he would, explained what had happened and how it could be fixed. I asked about anything else needing to be done and he said everything else was okay. It was all fixed within an hour, he showed me what was done and asked me to test it to make sure that it was all taken care of and to my satisfaction. He has my highest recommendation!

Wasted an entire morning waiting for him to show up. Didn’t answer my call and never contacted me regarding any change in plans. Don’t know if he had issues yesterday (another poster mentioned he did the same thing to her) but a quick phone call would have saved me a lot of frustration. Luckily I found another reputable garage door repair service that responded quickly and was a pleasure to deal with. Wouldn’t take my chances with this guy — terrible service.

I ended up using Mike because of the 5 previews reviews and worked out as good as it could (actually better). I had a horrible experience a few years ago with a different company who used scare tactics and up selling at every turn.
First of all he checked in with me ahead of time to make sure he knew when he would arrive (seems like common sense that unfortunately not everyone follows). Second he explained to me exactly what he saw and all my options. To be honest he could have suggested a new door and motor and I would have gone with it but instead he recommended the absolutely least expensive fix of simply recoiling the one spring that was still in good shape. Again — I can’t imagine any other service company not taking advantage of this situation.
Not only do I recommend Mike — I would dare say your are risking money you probably don’t need to spend. He even took a look at my other opener (at my request) and suggested I replace the motor since it is a fairly simple swap out. Another money making opportunity he could have had. If you are looking for a sales guy — don’t use Mike. If you are looking for a repair man who is educated on the topic and would recommend to you what he would recommend for his best friend — use Mike.

Mike was great to work with. Had a spring break on my garage door and he was able to come out same day to come look at the job. He needed to go grab some parts needed, but was back early the next day to fix our garage door. Prompt, reliable, friendly service — doesn’t get much better than that.
