Established in 2002.

Brian Ivester has been working with stone for more than 22 years. Starting at the early age of 15, he became a foreman for Crosstone Company soon after finishing high school.

Four years later he launched his own business, Stonework Unlimited. In 2002, he moved to his new location on Matt Hwy. (Hwy. 369), seven miles west of Hwy. 400 in North Georgia. From there, he operated the stone installation business only. It wasn’t until 2005 that he opened his retail business to the public. With the increased demand for stone installation and sales, his business grew quickly.

Stonework opened the doors for many other landscape products. In 2007, the sales and installations departments were divided to better serve the needs of Stonework’s customers. The result was «Traditional Outdoor Scapes,» a division of Stonework Unlimited. Traditional Outdoor Scapes provides customers with landscape supplies including pine straw, mulches, stone, and various other outdoor landscaping products.
