I liked this Chuck E. Cheese. I thought it was clean and all the games/equipment were in working order. They even had a little toddler area which my two year old loved. We never eat when we visit Chuck E. Cheese restaurants, so I can’t comment on that.

Chuck E Cheese has been around since the late 70’s and guess what? It still runs it’s show! It’s nice to see that most all locations have the same kinds of games and machines to dispense and collect tokens and tickets AND for just a token at any machine! I’d say for sure that some locations are just more well maintained than others. I have been to this location in slow days of the week and the weekends and can say that booking a party from my experience was smooth and fun. The employees kept the upbeat tone and raised the FUN when they needed to. The last time I came to this place I had several complaints, aside from coming during a weekend(busy time) one of the machines I noticed was not working. One that collected tickets and that is an ‘in demand’ machine to have working. I complained, yes — but I guess when you get busy that and maybe other things just go out the window. What I would like to suggest or see to make the experience more pleasant may be: — A service button like at Target for machines that do not work — Number tickets or beeper alerts for the Prize Counter for long wait times for lines — Wrist bands for parties that have salad plates ordered — Maybe with wifi offering«Free Temp App» on Smart phone for Pizza order with ETA, etc

This is one of the better Chuck E. Cheese’s I have been to. Recently came here for a birthday party my daughter was invited to, and we all really enjoyed it! The thing I was very surprised about was how good their pizza is here! At the San Jose locations I have been to the pizza is terrible and under cooked! I just remember not liking it at all. Here the pizza was wonderfully crispy and well cooked, and very very tasty! The birthday cake was also nice, and all the games played with just one token, wow! Excellent deal, and a lot of fun for all the kids! At the end of the party my daughter and her little friends all got to turn in all their tickets for prizes and they all love that. Chuck E. Cheese himself walked around several times and took pictures with the kids. What a nice place!

I ordered an individual cheeses pizza … 40 minutes later, . no pizza. I went to check on it, they never made it. By that time the kids were starving and had to leave for food elsewhere. So disappointed, they gave me a refund but not even any compensation for the mistake they made and the inconvenience. They need to get organized and have better management. This shouldn’t be happening. After reading others reviews, I am not the only one who had ordered a pizza that was never made apparently.

I’ve been thinking about this review for a long time. If I’m looking for my pair of kids eyes, I think this is just another Disneyland and no better place in the war. I’ll have to look at this from adults pair of eyes. It is a maintain facility, the staff is OK, the food is OK, but the most important thing is to see the kids happy face when they win something. I would have to say this is just an average place. If you’re looking for a good place to drop a couple bucks, and make sure your kids have a good time this is a good place to go.

Super Impressed with the pizzas here. Bbq and Mac n cheese was amazing. Hot wings are small but are tasty. Churros have two dips, caramel and glaze. Pretty good not too sugary.

We came here for the first time for a birthday party on a Sunday. It’s ok. Just disappointed that there are so many tables in the birthday dining area. There’s only one way in and out. It’s not easy to maneuver when it’s crowded. Eventually, it got really busy and there was only one person at the ticket redemption booth. I would only come back if we’re invited to a birthday party here.

I like this place to bring my kid to during cold or rainy days. It is best when it is empty. Clean bathrooms. I wish they had more sanitizer around the place along with cleaning wipes. Some rides need to be wiped down and fixed. The staff is friendly and nice. The pizza is actually really good. Parking outside is nice. The diaper changing station is in an awkward spot in the ladies restroom right at the entrance of the bathroom. Hahahha

Service totally sucks. 1. 10 mins wait to just get tokens and order food 2. Promised food in 15 mins but they ‘forgot’ the pizza and just gave starters 3. Okay so mistakes happen but then they promised to make it fast and deliver to table. Took 35 more minutes 4. On top of this I saw pizza being delivered to 3 other tables 5. Had to ask 3 times for the manager. 6. Alex who I think was pretending to be a manager just listened . As fast as games we concerned they are more and more gambling games so totally not worth it Better to go to laser tag or game arcade

This was my first time at this location and I was pleasantly surprised. It was cleaner than their other restaurants and the food was decent. The staff members were great, friendly and patient considering all the noise and chaos that comes with a place like this. My 4 year old son had a great time with his 4 cousins, age range of 5 – 15. I would recommend for a family night out.

The staff was super nice and accommodating! We had Moohori(I know I spelled it wrong. I’m sorry!) As a party host, for my daughters 5th birthday party. Super nice! Love her! Please ask for her to host your next event!

I take my nephew here sometimes just for nephew/Auntie time. he always ends up having a good time I give him tokens and don’t see him again until he ran out. my favorite game is shooting hops with the basketballs. the last time I took him he made friends with this kid that was having a birthday party and we ended up hanging with them and had cake. good times.

Chuckee Cheese went bankrupt for reason, if you want to experience that reason, this chuckee cheese is bad, all bay area chuckee cheeses are horrible, this one is no different. 35% of the machines MIGHT work, most will be without tickets. Save your money, instead of feeding a greedy money machine. This place made my kids sad.

This chuck e cheese is terrible. So many of their machines don’t function properly and it eats up the tokens and some don’t even spit out the tickets. I know it’s not a big deal but when you have a little one wanting to play AND not even getting their tickets, it can ruin their mood(and the adult’s). The service is s l o w(though they are nice). If the machine is broken and you let them know, good luck on getting it fixed. Yes they will give you a token back for the one you used but cmon! The point is for the kids to play! Unfortunately, I’ll have to keep coming back here until the little one is over it *sigh*. The other arcade like places have games that usually are meant for older kids so I’ll settle for now.

The pizza has actually been upgraded in a major way, which makes this place tolerable. Kids love the games, all of which cost 1 token. For ~$ 75, we got 120 tokens, 2 pizzas, drinks for all and a couple of beers for the parents. Some of the staff was actually quite helpful.

Love bring my kids to this chuck e cheese, it more for young kids. There’s no video games like the one on Tully road in San Jose, it got more games for younger kids. As for the food, I never eat here because I already know how the pizza taste and I don’t like, it just passable pizza and believe me I’ve ate plenty of chuck E cheese pizza. Chuck e has been around for along long time. I will be back my kids love this place.

In a strip mall and pretty weak! I went here because I figured little kids would have a better time here, but think we should have gone to dave and busters in retrospect. Used to goto the one on tully in San Jose when I was a kid, so maybe they all suck now? Dunno, but most of the games were broken, and they dont have many to begin with. No ball pit or any of the extra things the other locations have(had?), Anyway, kids will still have fun, but only because they dont know any better. Just know that chuck e cheese has changed or that this location is a crummy version.

I actually think this place is a-ok — it serves its purpose of feeding and entertaining kids ;) Just don’t expect the food to be good, though. Had their pepperoni pizza(which took about 30 mins for it to come out); the crust was hard and it was greasy as heck. I would probably suggest eating somewhere else and come here just for the games.

Went today, was a good experience. We actually went to a birthday party a few days before that really wasn’t so bad, but the mom who bought the party said that she ended up cutting and serving the cake and that the employee that was supposed to be doing it was AWOL. The parties are 2 hours long and I’d estimate with the guest list that my daughter’s friend had that it had to cost well over $ 400. It’s a hell of a lot easier with kids over 7 in my opinion. I just buy the tokens in bulk and let the kids go whilst I catch up on a magazine, pausing every now and then to do a weirdo check. The salad bar is awesome. If I come here at lunch I can have a nice, easy, healthy meal for cheeps. The Rat has had a makeover –he’s much cuter now and I prefer him to the«vintage» version by far(they’ve made him more«mouse-like»). Bought a coupla bears with CEC hoodies for my daughter and her friend because they were seriously the cutest plush toys I’ve ever seen there(pic added).
