Elite Lock & Key Locksmith Cupertino

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS VENDOR! They GROSSLY overcharged me to replace three locks on a rental house. Two thousand dollars for a job that should have cost no more than $ 400.00. They did not even finish the job and left a mess for my tenant to clean up. And they damaged a door. My mistake was to trust them to do an honest and fair job while I was not present. I left a blank check for my tenant to present when the job was complete. He appropriately called me to okay the amount, and I thought he said $ 98.00. I said okay. (That sounded reasonable) Due to a miscommunication the tenant actually said $ 1984.00. That doesn’t justify what the Locksmith charged. They did not even complete the work. There is a part missing from one of the locks! Elite Lock and Key Locksmith in Cupertino took advantage of me and my tenant and I literally feel robbed. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
