Robert Greeley’s prior experience includes three years as an associate with Employment Rights Attorneys in San Jose, and four years as a staff attorney with AIDS Legal Services, part of the non-​profit Law Foundation of Silicon Valley.

Mr. Greeley was admitted to the California State Bar in February 1998. He received both his law degree and his Bachelor of Science degree (Political Science, cum laude) from Santa Clara University. For four years prior to law school, Mr. Greeley worked as a civil rights activist in the service of various non-​profit community groups.

While Mr. Greeley has significant experience in many areas of employment law, his special areas of focus are discrimination (especially gender, disability, and sexual orientation discrimination), sexual harassment, and wrongful termination.

I was about to lose my job at a major corporation due to some chronic illness despite having a medical certification. I recently turned in my two weeks notice to a company that I enjoyed working for when things soured at the point of my resignation culminating to legal ramifications. Robert took detailed notes, parsed every aspect of my situation handling the issues chronologically and did not miss a beat to what the implications were for each occurrence with my former company.

If you are looking for a Lawyer that is not scared to fight for you (Fight for what is right) you should call him. He may seem scarey at first, but he only wants what is in your best interest.

I had been to a couple of law Offices that said they could not help me. I called Robert and I was given an appointment to meet with him. Robert agreed to take on my case. I could not had been any happier! Robert and Cheryl were very professional and were always there to answer any questions I had. Robert was prompt, courteous and upfront with me from the beginning. Robert made what is an uncomfortable position to be in, a pleasant one. In the end, the outcome was excellent!
