Specialties

Legend Learning Center specializes in summer and after school academic and enrichment programs. Each student at Legend has a study plan and is coached and guided accordingly. Our programs and curriculum are designed with students’ individuality in mind. Students at Legend learn in an academically rigorous yet supportive environment. We also pride ourselves to be one of the few after school providers who provide in-​house transportation support to our students.

History

Established in 1993.

In 1993, Jody and Paul Chan saw the increasingly competitive environment of the Cupertino and Saratoga school districts, and the needs of the students attending those schools. Legend Learning Center was founded to help the students in the surrounding areas to do one of two things: Catch up with their studies, or to stay on top of their academics. It was with this intent that Legend has provided the ubiquitous services that all families in after-​school programs take for granted today — from enrichment classes, homework support, and transportation from schools to the center.

Over 20 years later, school life is still challenging, and Legend walks with children and their families through that journey. Thousands of students have benefitted and enjoyed Legend’s nurturing environment during these years, building a foundation which has brought them success in high school, college, and beyond.
