When it comes to sell our property in Sunnyvale, we interviewed a dozen agents, trying to find someone who is trustworthy, capable, straightforward, respectful to owners and well-​established in the area. We also wanted to have an agent who works directly with us, instead of delegating to a team of assistants, which tends to make the quality of the experiences highly variable. Last but not the least, we also wanted someone who is extremely efficient in the selling process. We’d be happy to find an agent that met 80% of our requirements, till we met Minhua. We had great impression when we first met Minhua. During her first visit, she carefully examined everything in our house. Unlike most other agents whose primary goal was to secure the sellers, Minhua’s focus was on providing us honest feedback about the strengths and weakness of our house in the selling process. Minhua works with one long term assistant, Christine Liu, and a interior design team. They worked extremely efficient and prepared our house in one week after we moved out. Cost was very reasonable and we were totally hands-​off in the process, which was important for us who are working parents and just moved into a new place. In this process, Minhua helped us identify only work that will bring up the property values, and was conscious about our investment.
During the selling process, she gave us timely updates, and remained extremely transparent. She returns our calls/​emails promptly within mins. She helped us pick buyers with the best buyer agent, and solved a few small bumps during the loan closing process. When anything unexpected occurred, Minhua always presented the problem with solutions to us. She proved her trustworthiness consistently over time. The quality of the seller agent shone when things didn’t go smooth. While selling can be highly unpredictable, you can trust Minhua to give you the best possible upside while minimizing the downside risks. We were extremely happy with the final result, and thoroughly enjoyed her lovely, outgoing personalty.
