Ken Y.
Business Owner
Ken Y. was born in Japan and moved to San Francisco in his early teens. He started his training as a Sushi chef when he was sixteen, and worked at in Kamakura Alameda for many years. He was inspired and motivated to fuse local Hokaido and Asian traditions into the art of ramen making. His aptitude for innovative fusion puts a unique twist on traditional ramen.
