Cindy Shi is my parents CPA for both my parents medical business and my family’s personal taxes. My mom used to use a different CPA for our taxes and my parents ended up losing a lot of money. Thanks to Cindy, she managed to deal with our overdue taxes from previous years and we are so glad that my parents finances are back on track.
Cindy combines the best of both worlds with her professionalism and her kind heart. She truly cares about her clients and she is always open to our questions and concerns. It’s really easy to make an appointment with them, and their staff is really nice. If she does your taxes, you could technically not have to ever walk into their office, they’re really good with their email
you just send all your tax documents, and they’ll process it all for you, and they’ll send you the documents to sign. But it’s nice to go into their office for a visit, they have nice free green tea.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with how much they helped my parents. When I make better money, I’m going to be sure ask Cindy to manage my investments. Or if I start a business, I’m definitely going to give her a call!
