Patrick is patient and easy to work with. I always text him late evening around 10 or 11 for some update, and he replies really fast, normally within minutes.
He is also very knowledgable about the purchase process, he is able to answer all my questions the whole time. I’d recommend him to my friends who need to sell or buy a property.

Patrick was great and very easy to work with to get our next home. He knew the neighborhood we wanted, showed us a few houses around there, and worked his connections to find us the perfect one.
Patrick is very knowledgable about purchasing a house, but also takes the time to understand your needs and what you want and are looking for in your ideal home. Patrick helped me get my first house promptly and very professionally. He answered all my questions, and I had a bunch of them. He was very patient with my wife and I as we were first time home buyers. He worked meticulously with our lender and followed up with everyone and on everything. We felt very comfortable leaving him to tend to everything that we weren’t sure of.

My friend recommended Patrick to me and I really enjoyed his service. Instead of pushing you to buy a house, he will listen to your requirements and looking for houses from your point of you. Sometimes when the house isn’t really good, he will let you know what’s the potential problem and patiently look for next one for you. Instead of an agent, he is more like a friend and we still catch up sometimes after I get the house. Highly suggested for someone who really wants to get a house.
