Richard Smith & Associates took over from our accountant who retired. My partner and I are very disappointed with Richard Smith & Associates. The professionalism of this company is not good. I gave him many of our corporate returns to do and he would ignore my requests and get things wrong. I felt like I was in a tax mill. The service leads a lot to be desired.
