Had to come down to replace the SupraKey cradle that our office had, which would no longer work for some reason. I wasn’t really looking forward to making the trip in the middle of the day, but the agents need what they need.
Their office is very easy to find, which is always a plus for someone who is «directionally challenged» as I like to call it. The office was clean and cool inside where I was greeted by a man who seemed to be the only person in the office at the time, and not even a receptionist. He asked if we had made any changes to our phone service recently and told him that indeed we had. He explained to me that this was the reason the cradle stopped working– it needs an old school analog line and won’t run on a digital line, which is what we have switched to. He then gave me the option of having them replace our cradle with a SupraKey filter or to have one that connects through a USB port on my computer. I gladly accepted the USB option and he gave me everything I needed to get this all set up.
I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly he was and especially how knowledgeable. Glad I came down!
